Consider him a master of human physiology. A typical session is far closer to a combination of physical therapy, functional mobility training, and massage therapy. I have a very active lifestyle and suffered from neck strains, spinal injuries, lower back pain, and various leg injuries. Nobody has helped me better than Dr. Baek. In my last session, the treatment involved approximately 10 minutes on his rolling massage table, electrical stimulation on my back and shoulders, trigger point therapy for posterior shoulder instability and pain (something I could never do on my own - with a lacrosse ball or any other self-massage tool: https://amzn.to/2zoYBuO), and finally, he demonstrated several functional mobility exercises and dynamic stretches to complete multiple times per day at home.
