You have to sign your name into a wait list and I didn't have to wait long before being helped and the actual service part didn't take long either. Every Wells Fargo staff member I've ever worked with has had this demeanor whether it's over the phone or in person. They are trained very well to work generously with their members and I'm glad I bank with WF. Outside has four (?) teller drive-thru sections and one atm drive-thru.

First off we go to deposit a check 2 weeks ago and their computer system was down. So we gave them the information to open the account when there system comes back up after the weekend.. Then we were told we would be able to deposit our deposit through mobile banking. Then every expense I make their system Denys it even though the one they were worried about I answered the text indicating it was a valid expense. Next a relative sent me check to assist with expenses and I endorsed the back for deposit to First National Bank of Central Texas. An hour later they left a message for my husband to pick up the check and deposit it at Wells Fargo our other bank for over 20 years. Be very careful before having a banking relationship with The First National Bank of Central Texas.

Called this store (that I opened it with) and was told it's too late and there's nothing that can be done since it has been too long even though I never received a code and the employee told me it would happen automatically. Closing my account because they lie.
