When searching for a home in York, PA, he assisted me in locating a home that fit my budget and my needs. Mr. Kopp did not push anything upon me that I did not want. Mr. Kopp is very punctual and takes all matters very serious. When trying to close on a home, there were special stipulations that had to be met in order for me to qualify for special financing through PHFA. When the owners and opposite realtor decided to just not finish those stipulations and rent the property out instead, Mr. Kopp was very persuasive in allowing us to make the needed repairs and close on the home. Overall, I'm very grateful being able to move from Baltimore, MD to York, PA. Without Mr. Kopp's expertise and assistance, this would not have been possible.

Although there are many rules and regulations, they are there for a reason. Having semi annual inspections is excellent. It shows they truly care about their properties and want to make sure that everything is up to par. Whenever anything has broken at our condo, it has been fixed OR replaced promptly. We are moving to Lancaster in the next few months and are truly sad that we will no longer be renting with them!! The application asked for pretty much the same information that the background check did so why would they run the background check and steal the money from me and my partner if they already knew we weren't going to qualify? That's profiteering and that is not legal. Eventually the state will hopefully catch on to their scam. But unfortunately it's happening more than just at this location many real estate agencies are exploiting people by charging application fees and background check fees without ever having intention on even showing them the property let alone move in. If you're for an apartment and you see this name on the listing just go right past it and don't waste your time and especially you're very hard earned money that I'm sure the rest of you that are applying are actually earning that money with their hands and not just getting it handed to them for the privilege of having the opportunity to live in an apartment complex.

We were fed up with the other realtor. Then one day we met Jerry! We immediately switched to him as our realtor and the other realtor wondered why? And all's I could think was are you serious? We've been looking for a year for a home! Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time. It was a game changer for us. Why didn't I know about Jerry sooner!! After only 3 weeks he found our dream home and we are now living happily in our new home. We are very happy it all worked out.
