Since the year of 2020, the living situation of Haiti--HAYTI has been very chaotic, because of armed gangsters who blocked the Capital of the country --P-A-P with the other 6 Arrondissements. As clients, we were patient with him, when he told us that he woud divide our shipments into multiple parts while shipping them, so other clients could have chance to ship their merchandise to Hayti also; because during this tremendous period he was the only one doing business in Massachusetts. While his labor men and truck driver came to pickup the boxes to his facility, after that, the colis or packages stay for 3 to 5 months into his storage unit in Peabody, Massachusetts.
During this awkward time with the armed gangs in Hayti, he has been charging an extreme fee meaning he has doubled the price. Also, he charged another fee to deliver the shipments to the prospective address. In all of these s discrepancies, what's bothered me the most after paying him a large amount of money, he still could not deliver the rest of the shipments, because during that periodically time the gangs did not only closed down the country, but they were also ceasIng the containers or the boats traveling to deliver merchandise to the South.
I called him last January to asking him if the routes were not yet opened, he has asked me for the balance. I said to him just let me know when the gangs unblocked the routes and your driver would start the delivery process in the province areas. He answered me "as soon as the routes are opened, and after my driver's first delivery I will give your stuff to charity." He never called me to let me know if his driver has started to deliver merchandise to the province such as Les Cayes in the South. I called him last January, I texted him, and I called him again in March of 2026 to found out if his truck driver and workers were doing delivery, he had no reply to me.
I called him about four to six weeks ago, he answered because, he didn't know if it was me. I asked him if his employees had started to do delivery, he said "oh yes, as a matter of fact they went to Les Cayes yesterday." I replied how come you didn't call me to let me know? That was the time he said, "who'speaking? I told him my name. He said "Oh this is you, I trashed away your stuff." Just like that. I know for sure that he sold out my shipments. This is nothing else but FRAUD.
