Even though the movers were doing jobs across the Greater Boston area all day, they were still efficient and considerate and, more importantly, got my stuff from there to here in the same condition I bought it. They deserve 5000++ 5* reviews. My son who's a college student had a flight that was a disaster and…read morehad to be diverted to Logan airport. His luggage never arrived and was still at his connection (a whole other story). The airline contracts with a courier DDD that has more 1* reviews that I care to comment and those reviews are well warranted. My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE ENOUGH. I wish his business all the success and truly appreciate his sense of urgency and understanding of situations like this. Much appreciated!

A month earlier I had taken my machine to the actual Formax world headquarters up in Dover NH. Formax begrudgingly fixed one gear for about $250 total and then tried to sell me a new machine -- giving me an inflated estimate to fix the one I have to make buying one from them look better. Then I found the DeBourke Company a couple of weeks later. They were able to schedule an on location service call for a day or two after my call. DeBourkes technician came out and did a great job -- in fact he has it running like new. If you own one of these machines I am sure you know - you'll either get ransomed to have it fixed or sold a new one. Basically without pro's like those at the DeBourke company -- you only have an expensive paperweight. The people at DeBourke were really nice to deal with and they did a great job.
