First, after 2 months, the tech from Thornton came to fix our AC, I could see him outside in the heat repairing the unit, he even stayed overtime to finish. Then my garbage disposal stopped working, I hadn't used it since I avoided everything because of the heat. We tried to fix it but only succeeded sending brackish water to the dishwasher. I got some good feedback on how to clean that mess up too. I would day Bruce Thornton runs a great company and has quality personnel. If I ever get a house I will be calling them for support.

Contacted this company to fix my tub handles as they needed replacing, they reached out to me…read morequickly to give me a quote. LBK came out and fixed my tub handles, after they left my house my handles started leaking, they had scheduled to come out and fix the leak. The owner sent out his plumber to fix the jobs, those jobs still not work. I re-contacted Isaiah from LBK to come out and fix them again as they were leaking badly, so bad that my hot waster was all used up and could not take a hot shower, again I contacted this company to fix, I never got a reply. I contacted the plumber who works for this company Joe Sunday letting him know I had no hot water in my house because of the leak. Thankfully Joe came out and fixed it partially until Monday (yesterday) when thy both was supposed to come out and fully fix my tub handles that was leaking. I text Isaiah about if 1pm was okay, never got a response from him, I reached out to Joe to see if they were coming out to fix the leak finally, Joe advised me he would come out as soon as he finished his current job. Thankfully Joe came to the rescue and finally fixed my broken leaking tub handles, if it was not for him, I would still be having leaking tub handles. I cannot recommend this company, as I gave contacted the owner many times about repair the leaking handles after the job. If it had not been for Joe, the second plumber, I would have been looking for another plumber to repair the leaking handles. Due to this issue, I will not be using this company in the future for plumbing issues.

Tured out to be roots had found their way in the line due to a weak cover. I can't thank him enough!
