PG&E would come out and cut down dead trees, but just leave all the branches and logs... I tried for months to get them to remove them and constantly worried about fire hazards... I was so concerned about the cost to remove them along with being able to access them. I met with Drew and not only did he give me a good price, but he also repaired all the damaged asphalt and plumbing caused by multiple trees on the property. he completely restored our plumbing and water pressure and set us up with access to multiple outlets to ensure safety from any fire! He also got really creative and made several walkways with the pine trees that we would never have thought to do. I've truly never seen somebody so dedicated and persevere with such a difficult project and even helped to create a vision we did not have....

Hear me out on this but Drew caught me off-guard at first as he was and is one of the most down to earth people i've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I must admit I was a little skeptical just because I come from a place where not everyone still treats others so well and everything is about the bottom line. Drew got me a timely quote; we negotiated a bit here and there on what work was to be done and agreed to proceed. Drew was good about communicating when he would start, stop, arrive, if i approved the work, he offered insight and advise you name it. I cannot recommend him enough and will recommend him to anyone in need of excavation work. The work was very solid Thx again Drew and Josh Paul

First off, I have to say great service! Willis stands by his motto "Quality Service Guaranteed"…read more.. My "regular" maintenance guy couldn't make it to service my yard and I had really important guests coming over that weekend. I called around all the other landscape maintenance guys in the Auburn area, and they all pretty much laughed at me saying that nobody would service my yard in such short notice.. I was beginning to lose hope and made one final call to MV Maintenance and spoke with Willis(very professional BTW)... He told me he was backed up the whole day with clients and said to me that he'll see if he could squeeze me in later in the day.. So I waited anxiously thinking that he was just giving me the run-around like all the guys had done prior.. Time was definitely of the essence and I began to panic.. Sure enough, Willis and his crew pulls up and saved the day.. They began repairing the broken sprinkler that my neighbor had ran over the week before and cleaned up my yard, exceeding all of my expectations.. I am now considering letting my regular maintenance guy go and having Willis and his crew as my regulars.. These guys are very professional, courteous and get the job done.. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the service!!

First kudos goes to flexibility. It was so nice not having to stress about this, because most places give you a hard time for rescheduling. Second kudos was the promptness, professionalism, and kindness - a combination not usually found all together. It was refreshing to say the least. I was completely at ease because he was just a down to earth, friendly businessman. Nic and I walked through the apartment, and he showed me the black light for pet stains throughout all the rooms. I was actually appalled at how soiled the carpets were - even in areas where our cats had no way to get to due to furniture, etc. This means our carpets were not properly cleaned before we moved in there. However, I feel good knowing that I had an excellent company to clean the carpets properly, leaving them in good shape for the next tenant. Third kudos was the speed in which the carpets were cleaned. Nic estimated an hour, and I believe it was more like 35 minutes. He gave me a pair of booties so that I could walk through the rooms, and the carpets looked absolutely amazing. It smelled nice and fresh throughout the apartment. So lastly, look no further for carpet care. Nic had the right tools to make everything go smoothly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Nic for all your time and hard work!
