He has been attending Summit for the past few years and he went from being miserable and forgotten in the Public School system to truly being known and loved at Summit. He has made incredible strides in his academic and personal development. Rather than dreading going to the public school each day, he absolutely loves school at Summit. He wants to spend as much time there as possible whether it's before care, the school day and even after care. My son needs a little extra help in school and is able to be in the Cultivate program which helps him work in his special education situation. He also receives Speech Therapy during the week as an extension of this program. We are truly impressed by the teaching staff, admin staff and the new Head of School who brings tremendous Christian education and administration experience to the position. You can tell that the school is heading for great things. The school is also definitely safe and clean! The staff appears to truly enjoy what they do. It's a warm, Christian environment and implements solid Biblical teachings. I would encourage you to definitely check out Summit Christian School for your kids! You will be impressed!

I've notice so much improvement in speech, creativity and imagination. I love that the bigger kids interact with the younger kids. I have never heard any of them say "You're a baby, you can't play with us". As a matter of fact the bigger kids will help and teach the younger kids how to do certain activities. It's so sweet to watch. I would highly recommend AIS to anyone.

They claim to clean but Ive taken my time to look around and toys are still dirty. My child has caught multiple illnesses from this school. They also make up excuses for badly behaved children. Unfortunately, they do not have proper procedures in place to deal with bullies. I withdrew my child because there was another child constantly hitting her and bad talking her. The school made excuses for the other child's family and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. This school is a nightmare. If you do not care about to well being of your child this is the school for you! I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's much better to find another prek/VPK location in town.

As you sit in the pew, you will see the large Divine Mercy print next to the altar--right next to the tabernacle, prominently placed at the center. Our Lady of Guadalupe is on the other side of the altar. It is calming. I noticed there were no paper hymnals in the back of the pews. Instead there was a QR code designed to connect each person to a worship document online. Also, the words to prayers and music are displayed discreetly on monitors. So, each person can follow in the way that is most comfortable. The Pastor, Father Casey, has a gentle-giant, wise brother, teddy bear quality. He seems approachable, yet is deeply aware of how important both tradition and scripture are. He is both old school and modern Catholic at the same time. He is able to connect the congregation to today's relevance of Bible text written centuries before. I felt at home during my first Mass here.
