seems like a very nice bank and the people there are nice but you will get Fee'd out of the wazoo for things that don't make sense. also read the fine print when signing at this bank as they have the overdraft opt out hidden and will not opt you out of it later on as I have requested it. I am currently in the Negatives with this bank as over the last few months I had quit using them without closing and they have Fee'd me for multiple things. This used to be a great banking institution and I recommended it to everyone and anyone. However, multiple hidden fees, fees for services not provided (paper statements I never receive, never opted in to receive, and am still being charged for) make this bank worse than it once was. One of their more shady practices is to reorder scheduled payments at a later date to optimize the likelihood of an overdraft. This is one of the only banks I ever seen not charge payments in the order they were received. Watch your account day to day and you will see this is common practice for First Bank & Crap Co. They did not use to do this shady nonsense and several other long-time patrons of their bank have experienced the same treatment. Their mobile app is consistently bugged and useless for most applications: as is their website. If you're an older individual that prefers spending time going to the bank like the good ole days that may not be an issue. Yet, it's these same older folks that the bank will skim money off the top of their accounts with and be none the wiser. They do have pretty "secure" loopholes that keep your money safe from being accessed: even by the account holder. After I jump through these last set of hoops, I'll be depositing my cash elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'll have to go into the bank personally and withdrawal the funds. Walking around with wads of cash is very secure practices. I could ask for a cashier's check but this bank has scammed enough of my money already and I'd rather get robbed by someone on the streets who needs my money more than this bank does. It just keeps getting worse with this bank. I did a instant bank transfer from my cash app and my account shows the money is available. HOWEVER, when I try to make a purchase it is declined!!! Bank teller told me it will not be available until next business day since it was a transfer into my account. WHAT?? HELLO, THE MONEY SHOWS AVAILABLE !!! It always was available instantly in the past..Am I misunderstanding the meaning of AVAILABLE? OR MAYBE this bank is THE WORST EVER. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. Extremely unprofessional. People are sitting around, blonde lady constantly staring at her computer even when customers are standing there, some religious lady pushing her ideals on everyone whether you want it or not, people on their phones like it's a high school. There also used to be a lady there who never dressed professional and would be talking on her phone while talking to customers but luckily she's gone now.
