His lawyers Mr. Stein was slow to respond to my lawyer, slow to draft paper work, slow to get with his client for responses and often didn't seem to fully participate or have a ball game in place. Now i never said anything since 2016. But well someone asked recently for a lawyer. And well his daughter, whom i didnt recognize by name, mention mr. Stein. And i said i wouldnt advise that due to the slow paperwork and disorganition. Well this little lady ran her moutb calling names and hurling insults when i rather politely just stated my experience and that was that. And she made it all about her etc. So thanks madeline. Fidelity...what a lie of a name. Their service for wi fi…read moresucks. Always buffering, sometimes cannot even get the main screen. Have called and service people, while courteous, blame it on Netflix, other channels, or apps, everything but themselves. When none of the TVs work in the house it is not the apps but Fidelity. I cannot say how badly Fidelity is for crap. You can count on them for nothing. Go with the new fiber optics providers if you can. Of course, this is Lawton and so services, restaurants and utilities are never on par with a real city but still you'd think the people that run this town would try their best to have good services and attract decent restaurants and decent utility companies. But they don't give a damn and offer contracts (in citizen's names) for garbage. If I wasn't a long time resident with roots here, just based on services I'd move. if you live here. long enough you just assume this is how life is everywhere. Avoid Fidelity at all costs, they have more excuses for their shoddy services than the US government. I'm embarrassed to host friends when visiting. No wonder our young people flee Lawton after college.
