I have been working with Adrine for about 5 months. In the very beginning of the repair she…read morepromised the world. Tons of communication. As soon as the contract was signed and payment made, everything stopped. I feel she is all about money. She has no compassion for clients. Our credit was not that bad to begin with. No bankruptcy, no large credit cards debt, no foreclosure. She then offered a user account because of mistake she made. Once the user account was on my credit my scores shot up to 720. But my husbands stayed low. We figured out she was using the wrong ss for his user account. She is all about money and not the client. We pay $340 a month with a large down payment to have our credit repair. She allows no lead way as far as payments and has threatened us that if we don't make them on time to damage our credit in the middle of a mortgage. I would not recommend using her. Updated: She just responded with verbal abuse and she has everything documented. Not Merited to the amount I have paid to have a few items removed from my credit. Verbal abuse??? She is aware that we are in the middle of a closing and is threatening to harm credit. She allows he personal feelings to get in the way of business ethics. No way to run a business.
