racist alert! treated me like a nig&er! threw me out of store. i have a medical exemption re: wearing masks (i.e., emphysema, bronchitis, asthma, congestive heart failure). when i walked in i was the only customer, the woman behind the 1" thick bulletproof lexan barrier demanded that i wear a mask. i told her of my medical exemption and she then wanted to see proof. i had to walk all the way back to my car (im also crippled) to retrieve my medical records. at this point i should have known i was wasting my time, so finally after being there 15-20 min she glanced at my check and said "nope"! then called me a nig&er under her breath as i left. read more

Ardmore Financial

This place wouldn't even get a star if at all possible, but it's not so here ya'll go. Since my 84…read moreyear old father had a stroke three weeks ago, I have tried to get his loan information via email to pay off the numerous loans that were given to him with interest rates as high as 160% by this company, owned by Master Financial. This branch, Ardmore Financial, has continued to promise, both from Amber and the branch manager, that they would send the invoice via email for weeks with various excuses as to why I haven't received the invoice, like " our system is down so I can't email till we're back up" (last weeks excuse) but still haven't received any emails and they are now avoiding my calls. I believe that they are delaying purposely to charge interest and late payment fees, and at this point this is now adding up. I will refuse to pay for these extra charges as I have documented every call with date and time. I will advise anyone to stay away from this company as their practices seems questionable and unethical. These ridiculous interest rates should be unlawful at the least. This "loan company " is owned by Masters Financial, they have numerous shops they run that seem pretty shady. I planned to file a complaint with the better business bureau to expose them for who and what they really do, their taking advantage of the elderly and sick.
