The first person I spoke to was polite, Sort of admitting their folly but not apologizing by any stretch. It was a nice little bouquet, just not even close to the item I ordered. When I request the change tho, the conversation was less friendly. The 2nd arrangement that came does look like what I ordered, but still only about half the size of the photo. It's easy enough to count stems. Bottom line is I felt ripped off and if taking 3 minutes to post photos and write a review saves someone the aggravation, it's worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gold Coast Garden Center. The owner often responded with a smirk and a condescending tone when questions were asked, which made communication feel disrespectful and unhelpful. A worker also filmed me during the interaction, which was unprofessional and intrusive. My hose was unnecessarily removed from the spigot during the job without asking, causing damage to the connector that had to be replaced. Scheduling was also poorly handled--I called in April and was told planting after Mother's Day would be fine, but the work was delayed and not completed until almost summer. Overall, due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, property handling issues, delays, and high pricing, I would strongly not recommend this company.
