Her attention to detail and incredible response times made for an outstanding experience equaled by her business partners from First American Title and Peoples Mortgage. How we came to find Lisa. I made an inquiry online for a property. My inquiry was returned by some individual claiming he set appointments for the realtor. I declined not knowing how the industry works. I tried a second time to contact the realtor and left a message for his assistance. The call was not returned. This led me to searching online using the following key words, North Dakota, University of North Dakota, Realtor, Tucson. Lisa Lehmann appeared towards the top of the google search. We had an immediate connection. (North Dakota and UND) I called Lisa and she answered her phone on the second ring. She was willing to visit with me for a few minutes before going into her meeting and agreed to meet us a few days later. The rest is history as they say. Lisa was our angel realtor. The professionalism, speed and expertise which allowed us to purchase our dream home could not have been matched by any other realtor in the Tucson market. I would be surprised if there is someone else at her level. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and someone we will never be able to thank enough. Thank you, Lisa. You made our dreams come true! We could not have done this without you! We highly recommend Lisa and her team of experts.

Since I'm out of town for work, I was worried about how everything would get handled, but Lemonie really stepped up. She coordinated with multiple contractors, stayed in contact with my tenants, and handled everything professionally. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for me. I really appreciate having someone I can trust to take care of my properties when I'm not there. Thank you, Lemonie, for everything you do for me and my tenants!

Seven months ago I was getting ready to retire and, knowing I'd never be able to purchase a home in…read morethe San Diego area, I started looking in Arizona. While cruising on Zillow and Realtor websites, I found a home I really liked and sent a message into the ether, saying I needed loan information. I got lots of calls, but not much follow-up. Then Charlie Welch from Sunstreet called. I told him what kind of home I wanted, in the areas I was interested, and what I felt I could comfortably afford. I wasn't even sure that I would be able to qualify for a home loan. He checked my credit score and some basics, and was able to tell me that I did qualify and how much of a loan I could expect. I was interested in a USDA rural home loan, which requires a lot of extra work on the part of the mortage company, but Charlie wasn't put off. At my request, he gave me the name of a real estate agent in the area, who helped me find the home of my dreams. I made an offer that was accepted. A day before we were scheduled to close, the seller confessed he wasn't able to complete the sale because he didn't have enough funds to close. He'd only owned the home for 2 years and didn't have enough equity, plus he had stopped making his mortgage payments. The home went into a short sale, but I was still in love with it, so with the help of Charlie and Susanne Seagroves, my agent with 1st Heritage Realty, I made an offer for the short sale. Through a very long process (4 months) Charlie and Susanne were my rocks. They answered all my questions, kept me apprised of progress, and advocated with the seller's bank to help speed up the process. On the day I finally closed on the home, Charlie even came to the title company to answer any questions I might have about the 100-plus pages of documents I was signing. I can't say enough good things about Charlie Welch and Susanne Seagroves. Their kindness and integrity have made them like family, and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Tucson/Sahuarita/Green Valley areas.
