I just traded my Jeep for a new 2026 Wrangler and called FCU to cancel my Gap ,Now i get the garbage the Neviea picked a none refundable GAP and i just signed on her word She didnt offer me a refundable or none refundable GAP...So now i lost 600.00 because i trusted what she sold me and didnt read what i signed Clearly a milead by her. Called earlier today and wanted approved for a measley…read more$10000 auto loan on a $12000 dollar cargo van with $5000 down and over $30000 in the bank with over 12 years of loyalty and 3 auto loans with no late payments and fully paid on all all loans. Parents bank here as well. Started signing paperwork and sent PO over and they ask is it for business and I stupidly replied honestly, eventually. When I am legally able. So they denied my claim. Then had to come up with the idea of making it a personal loan on myself, which was now too late to have approved leaving me feeling embarrassed and dumbfounded at the dealership till Monday rolls around having to drive back to the dealership over an hour away after work. I will never take another loan out through them again and will soon be moving all money out to another bank that is more interested in honesty and taking care of their loyal customers. Point of the story, lie about what you are doing. This company doesn't care about your honesty and their customers.
