I was immediately greeted by two genuinely friendly faces the moment I crossed the threshold to the business. While the process itself is basically the same regardless of the organization chosen, it was the extra attention and patience that you all provided that made the difference. To my surprise, it turned out to be a seamless process and pleasant experience. Great job, Gateway Mortgage!

Unfortunately, I recently decided to get a Midfirst credit card, and thus my troubles began. I had a bad charge on it, but Midfirst will not investigate. They are so helpful throughout the buying process, they came to our closing to ensure it went without a hitch, and best of all - they don't sell the mortgages. If you are a first time home owner, you may not realize how rare and amazing that is. They have a nice website for looking at the mortgage details and setting up auto-payments - so even though they are local, you get the perks you would get from a larger company. I don't intend to move for a while, but I'd buy with them again in a heartbeat. They did give us a gift and request the review, but these are my true feelings. Look no further if you're buying a home.
