The original reason I gave one star was that, I applied the loan from your company, and before located the rate, I called and asked Jade about the interest rate: "whether the interest rate will increase or decrease, since you are a professional agent?" She told me that:"the interest rate will sure increase quickly according to the market." I then locked my interest rate immidiately as 4.00% (2019, Jan or Feb? cannot remember clearly); after that, 1-2 days later, the interest rate kept decreasing. I was so angry at that time about the wrong information the agent provided me. At that time, I hate them so much. So I gave you one star at that time. Today, I saw Luke's comment. I thought that we must have some misunderstandings. I texted Luke, to my surprise, Luke called me immediately. There are very good and honorable realtors out there, she is not one of them.
