Hibernia was taken over by Capital One several years back and my friends and I were skeptical, worried that we'd lose that small-town, personable service. While I cannot review the entire bank staff and overall counter service because this is not my usual bank - I must say that Ashley Fairleigh, Relationship Banker of Capital One in Luling, LA has been an exceptional asset to me over the past 12 months. Well versed and mannered employees along with cleanliness and ample parking will tickle your fancy here if you have experienced a bad flavor from other banks. Can anybody tell me why there are no Bank of America's around here? Because they Eureka (let's see if you caught that one). Riddle, what is the difference between the banks in Houston vs the banks in this immediate area and probably most of Louisiana if not the city of New Orleans? Security guards! Commissioned officers, guns! I was kind of surprised coming in here the first time expecting to be starred down like an alien from another state (that's another interesting story, save that for a UYE). I've been to two Chase's and have not noticed anything like that, not used to that. In Houston you will surely find one standing in the parking lot, by the door, at a desk eye balling you when you first walk in, but not here nor the ones down the road. No, that does not give you bidding or encouragement to rob these places, I'm sure there is something lurking in the back or nearby that will styfle your get away, don't do it! I went there this morning to help a friend that wants to transfer a sizable amount of money from her savings into a CD, there was nobody there that could help us. Not a single employee who handles this type of transaction was available, and here's the kicker, not only unavailable today, but not until next week! So it's Tuesday morning, and for the remaining three days of this week nobody there to do what should be a simple transaction. I find this to be extremely unacceptable!!

We went over some questions and talked through the whole process she called a "rewrite" I was assured I would get any money that was left over from the previous insurance company'. Within a few days I got another call from her and she was offering me a quote . I wasn't too happy with the price and she told me that she would get a quote person to redo the price for me . I got a new price that we settled on and agreed to . The process was fast easy and simple I would highly recommend this company to any home owner I just hope no other insurance company goes bankrupt!!!

Their customer service especially Joanne Laneaux is cold, rude, and non attentive. Their TV commercial is a joke and a lie. Dont give them your money, find someone else. Their making a lot of money and could care less about you or your coverage. I'm finished with them, WORST insurance handlers ever. They should be investigated.
