I jointed the Firmount Veterinary Vets in Antrim earlier this year. I've only had a view visits and I have to say Honey is happy enough going. A young assistant had lifted Honey and took to the back room to wash her ears and put some drops in. Mr Lavery is very kind and understands how you feel about handing your little companion over. There is nothing that is to much trouble and you are always met with a smile and a welcome. I certainly would praise them to anyone. The best in town. Helen read more

I would not hesitate to recommend Firmount Vets. I strongly feel that they always put the animals need foremost. John has recently performed a major surgery to our Tea Cup Yorkie removing a hip joint and after only four weeks she was more mobile than before the operation and after eight weeks more mobile than she has been in the last two years. Fantastic Vets! Mr Lavery is a fantastic vet - so friendly, helpful and understanding. I would not take my pets anywhere else. The vets and staff there are so thorough and caring you could not fault them! On a few occasions i have had to ring up after hours for advice and there is always someone there to answer your call and give honest advice. These vets would not ask you to come in out of hours unless they thought that you really needed to. They are located on the busy Belfast road but once you get around the roundabout there isn't much problem parking. read more

The vets at firmount are all excellent and i could do nothing but praise them. There are other vets in the area which are perhaps cheaper but there is no way i would leave firmount. They look after animals like they were their own. The practice deals with both domestic animals and farm animals. The vets has a twice daily surgery but there is also an out of hours service which available 24 hours a day. The practice is based at the rounbabout at the technology park and parking isnt usually a problem. read more
