Office Staff. Truly the "face" of the company…read more Could do way better than what they have answering the phone. Wow. This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. I was sorry that I called and bothered her at her job (sarcasm) She spoke very fast without any emotion and seemed so annoyed when I asked questions. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. They should rethink how they allow office staff to speak to customers. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the attitude.

Kimicata Brothers installed a brick patio in our backyard about 8 years ago. It's a small backyard…read morein an alleyway in Polish Hill, and they had to coordinate with another contractor who was building an awning on the house and using the same walkway. Kimicata Brothers' crew was very professional, fast, careful, precise. 8 years later, the brick patio still looks fantastic, we are very happy with it. But here's where it gets great. A few months ago, a few bricks on the threshold of the walkway started to get loose. This is the walkway that gets used a minimum of 15 times a day, everyday, and when it is used, these few bricks get stepped on. Only natural that they would get loose. I started looking for replacements and when I called around to local landscape suppliers, they would only sell this brand wholesale, by the pallet. I don't need 400 bricks. So I called Kimicata Brothers to see if they'd sell me a few bricks to replace the loose/broken ones. Brian replied quickly, and even offered to drop them off at my house a few days later. So. Not only are they around 8 years later, not only were we very satisfied with the original project they did, but they valued us as a customer enough to take time out of their day to help out with this minor issue. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Kimicata Brothers.
