I pulled up 5 minutes before my appointment and they were ready. Took my keys and started working right away. They did a full synthetic oil change, replaced a broken lug nut, resealed my tire, and did a courtesy inspection. I was there for about an hour to an hour and 15 and the bill came to $165. Sherry at the desk was polite, friendly, made a personal connection with everyone who came in, and was able to print me out a summary along with detailed notes and a quote for future suggested services. They didn't pressure and seemed to genuinely care about what needed to be done vs. making an extra buck.

I had no problem with that so I backed out and let them in front of me. Then 2 more bays opened up and 2 cars that I was ahead of pulled in. I got out of my car and to asked why I wasn't next and they said they where having troubles there was only one employee down stairs working on all 4 bays. Their reply had nothing to do with my question as to why they moved me and then didn't pull me in ahead for the people behind me. Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

I was told by 2 different mechanics that there had been critter chewing and it was a wiring issue. When the jeep completely died, I was forced to have it towed home. I called Al Rogers. After describing the issue, I was told to bring it in. I had the jeep towed again to Al Rogers. Ater waiting a week and a half, I was told that there was NO CHEWING. The mechanic at Al Rogers looked me square in the eye and said there was "NO CHEWING" of the wires, which was a total lie, and I needed to take it to a transmission specialist. I again had the jeep towed (my last AAA tow) to a transmission specialist in Canonsburg. I was then told by the transmission specialist that I needed a new wiring harness and the transmission issue was due to the 'WIRES BEING CHEWED"!!! At this point I have no tows left and do not know what to do at this point. I feel betrayed and taken advantage of. It is really really really sad that a young lazy mechanic is destroying the reputation of a once reliable establishment. Go elsewhere.

I showed up shortly after 8 on a Monday and they were already busy. Several people were in the waiting area/lobby and two were ahead of me in line. The staff worked quickly to get through every customer and in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell the owners really make an effort to be personable and make connections with their customers. My inspection lasted about 35 minutes and unfortunately I didn't pass. They explained every detail to me and called me later to provide a quote for the service. It seemed like the prices for parts and labor were fair. They were upfront with me when I asked a series of clarifying questions and helpful in determining the best path to take. I'll certainly be a repeat customer. Note: they do have dogs in the lobby/waiting area. So, if you're allergic or not fond of them, maybe find a different mechanic.
