I witnessed the staff take care of several customers & answer their questions plus give them sound advice. Much like a Doctor or Physician does to inform patients about their health and ailments. Sometimes the Bad News & Diagnosis is what you want to hear, but nonetheless the overview & work recommended is both Necessary and Required. So I had the pleasure of being serviced & they pinpointed a few other issues that I had. They gave my options & their best advice plus recommendations that I can have for my car's best performance & safety concerns. After their work was completed my car's A/C was running sublime & I couldn't be happier with the results. They even provided me with a courtesy ride to & from my house while my car was getting serviced. Great Job & Overall Professional Services Rendered .

I came in because I had been there before to have other issues taken care of. Not a happy customer and will not be going back.

I've been to this location several times and they typically have been pretty quick and engaging…read morewith their service. Today, I was disappointed. The wait wasn't that bad but after I pulled my truck into the bay, I sat here for over 10 minutes and not a single employee has asked about what service I want for my truck today. There are only two employees that I see working and all three bays are occupied. If you don't have enough employees maybe you shouldn't have all three bays open? It sounds like management only staffed 2 employees until noon...smh. Today it's more like Take 60 than Take 5. A customer in the bay next to me just left after waiting so long. Hard to get mad at the employees because they were thorough throughout their checks and working their butts off. Do better management.

A Hidden Gem for Honest and Professional Auto Care…read more A family friend recommended Summit Automotive, praising their fair pricing and transparent service. I finally decided to visit on Monday, June 16th, to have a worn spark plug replaced--I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. Jon, the service advisor, was friendly, clear, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including letting me know that their technicians would be taking lunch at noon--so I could plan my visit to avoid unnecessary waiting. That kind of thoughtfulness already set the tone for a great experience. They do not have a fancy waiting area nor a beautiful building facade or multiple choices of beverages but they have the best customer service, pricing and quality assurance of their work. From the outside, the building looks insight or unlikely but this is a total hidden gem on Bandera road. This is my new place for all my car's service and maintenance needs.

Now a days customer service is not what it use to be and Anthony just completely turned that around in less than 2 minutes. I am very grateful and will recommend Summit to everyone. Thank you!!

So I had to leave messages for them 2 times over a week. At first he completely denied that it could happen because they, "don't go into the back" unfortunately for me I brought my car in for a repair and had the parts in the back seat for them. The damage is on the interior back driver's side door. Clearly something got caught and ripped the vinyl while they were moving the parts. Never go here, they are expensive and won't take responsibility for damage they cause.

I took it the second time about two months later for a separate unrelated mechanical need. Overall, these are my results leading to this 5 star review: Customer service 11/10 The front staff in particular were super friendly, gave honest quotes, and followed up at every stage. Price: 8/10 The cost was fair albeit a little more expensive than some other places. Quality 12/10 You get what you pay for. The quote from the mechanic that sums it all up is this: "You paid a little more, but I guarantee you won't be back to fix this problem again." Speed 9/10 Took a little longer than expected but you can't rush good quality. Overall 10/10 I found my go to mechanic shop that's for sure.

My hubby called & decided on Belsen's Auto & Tire (a/k/a San Antonio Sprinter on Google). It was Monday morning, they said to bring in the RV. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue; needed to order parts which would be in Tuesday. They offered us to stay overnight in their parking lot (with cameras) which we gladly accepted. Tuesday morning they began working on the RV; they did find another issue. The Tech, Robert, said they'd have to order parts & do the work on Wednesday OR we take our RV safely home & have the work done in FL. We decided to go home. They finished by 1:00pm and we were on our way home. A special thanks to managers, Antonio & Albert; they were kind & welcoming to us & our two fur-babies. We feel confident with the work done correctly and that we were treated fairly with charges. My hubby adds: Robert took initiative to check out RV brakes, power steering & hoses to make sure we'd be safe driving.

We thought maybe it was the runoff or that it had drained down the block. We were patient. However, the oil wasn't a little - it was a lot. We took the car back and here were the different answers we received: sometimes the plug backs itself out, they didn't want to strip the threads so they didn't tighten it and sometimes this just happens. What? Unfortunately, we now also have our new car making a new noise and no confidence in this establishment. I feel compelled to warn others only because a car is such an expensive investment to have a company demonstrate such little care and attention to detail when doing their ONE job.
