Brought truck in for inspection, damaged front leather seat,cannot recommend, will not return.

I travel extensively over the country and often rent vehicles for travel. In this instance, I had rented an Infinity Q50 and was traveling a good distance through rough weather. While driving, I noticed that the oil warning light had notified of a "oil change needed". I contacted the renter and they asked if I could bring it to Firestone. I arrived late in evening around 3:45pm. I was prepared to sit for a long time. Johnathan and the manger greeted me, they were quick on their game. As soon as I gave them the keys, they were all over it. They got the authorization I needed, and had the car in the bay in like 5 minutes flat. I called my renter and told them these guys were on their game. If the corporate guys are reading this... these guys took customer service to a whole new level. If no stars was an choice that's what I would give. Had a scheduled appointment for new tires. Dropped the car off before my scheduled time was told it would be ready in an hour to two hours. Had my daughter pick me up came back 4 hours later and my car was still waiting to be taken in. Quoted $1400 for tires when only a few months ago was quoted $1000. If you want to waste your entire day waiting for a service call them up I'm sure they will get you in. Was told "appointments don't really mean anything" I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else. read more

If I could give a negative 0, I would. I waited over 6 hours for an inspection!! Only for them to fail me over 2 tires that were supposedly "low on thread." After willing to pay almost $400 for all tires to be changed and just annoyed and aggravated at this point, they took my keys and had me wait another hour and 20 minutes... Then later on someone comes to me and says they don't have enough time to do the tires now since it's coming close to closing time. read more

The customer service is ok. Found it super hard for them to email me my receipt for some reason. Even AFTER I called back and asked them to re send it. The guys were super nice but I still never received it. Other than that I find them to be a little expensive BUT I've always had good work done and I TRUST them! I'll pay a little extra for that lol I go mainly for oil changes and my brakes. read more

Professional and friendly service everytime. Been going only here for 3 years after dumping Pep Boys. These guys and gals are super consistent; like machines. Only thing to watch out for is the smooth/standard up-selling techniques which are well done (I must say); you sure will get your vehicles pampered! I always use the Firestone card which gives some flexibility on some more significant purchases of $150 and up. read more

I came in for an oil change and have been servicing my vehicle here for years. I was told that I was going to need 2 rear tires and an alignment before winter as the tires are wearing unevenly. The sales associate said that they didn't have time to take care of it that day but I could bring it in another day. I said I could bring it in the next week and he said that works. What they didn't tell me was that one of those 2 tires was totally unsafe to drive on and the metal cabling was showing on the side of the tire that faces the inside of the vehicle. 3 days later the tire blows out and they totally disregarded my concerns nor did they care that they jeopardized my life safety and the life safety of the motorists around me. I had no idea the seriousness of the situation and they never informed me that there was a safety issue with the tire. Please, beware. read more

I used to take all my cars here but last time I had an appointment for 10a for an oil change. I got there at 9:30 and they tell me that I should drop it off as it should be done around 12:30p. I said I have an appointment and he just said it's busy. I asked what the appointment was for and he just compared it to if I didn't have an appointment. I ended up going to Honda, walked in and out within an hour and it was cheaper. read more

I have to give Firestone service props. Joe and David were personable and professional. I actually didn't need any work once they reviewed. They cancelled the diagnostic charge. I had a low tire which was not part of the request. They filled it without asking. Will definitely go back when I do need work done. read more

Came for a rear brake pad replacement, leaving with new pads AND rotors. That's fine. The staff was easy to talk to and I got a nice courtesy call letting me know of what they are going to do and how much it will be. I like that. Anyways, I'll be spending $325.00 for the whole kit and kaboodle..... which is high..... but hey, it's firestone and not your average small shop mechanic, I was expecting a decent mark up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Went in to have my rear brakes done, made me pay $962 for rotors and callipers! When I told them I could get it done cheaper elsewhere, the salesmen laughed in my face. 3 weeks later the same brakes started grinding. Took them to another place turns out Firestone put my brake pads on UPSIDE DOWN and didn't tighten my bolts, so I lost a bolt which caused my new rotor to get stuck. If I lost both bolts, my left hand steering would have gone and I would have died. They don't care about anyone here. (The place I took my car afterwards is fixing everything they did AND doing my front brakes all for $320. DO NOT GO HERE!) read more

Mechanics at the Firestone auto repair shop can't be trusted. They will replace something in your car that is brand new simply because they don't know that is new and will replace it because according to the miles on your vehicle it should be changed. read more

These People are the definition of predatory mechanics they hustled me for a good half hour for a tire change even though I said " I don't have enough I'll come back next week" and then when I gave in and waited 2 hours I'm having problems with my suspension and they replaced my tires so poorly it convinced me to go out to Harbor freight tools get a tire replace tool and a balancer and do it again and I ACTUALLY DID A BETTER JOB these people suck you're better off spending the time and money to do it yourself read more

I have been going to Firestone for years now. I continue to go back for the quality of service thats always provided. Just like any other auto care store waiting is always a given, but when you are face to face with one of the workers you truly feel like they care and want to help you. I opened a credit card from them for years ago and the deals and discounts you receive are pretty impressive. I got a great recommendation on the spot for tires for my BMW and the price beat all other places I had researched. The service was complete in about an hour and I was on my way. I went to Firestone in Raynham, MA this past Saturday after work, because I feel uncomfortable with the FACT that it's difficult to brake easily, with the fact that the car swerves easily on wet road, and the fact that I smell a weird smell sometimes while I'm driving. These are FACTS considering I drive the car every day. I went in and told Paul at the desk exactly what I said above, that I'm uncomfortable driving because it's hard to stop, there's a weird smell and the car swerves easily. He told me they were too busy and I said ok and I started walking out. MIND YOU, I did not push the issue further, i walked out and he called ME back and asked the manager if they could make room for the car. He took the car for a test drive beforehand and even told me, "I think I understand what you mean. The car stops abruptly when you put your foot on the breaks, and the tires look pretty old". He even agreed with me. So he took the car in the garage to have it looked at. I thought Paul was sooo nice to do this for me. He seemed so thoughtful and so genuine. I knew then that I'd definitely come back to this location for future service. NOT. After some time had passed one of the techs (beard with bald head) came in like a smart ass and said he didn't find any issue with the car and he was shocked "considering all the commotion". He was so disrespectful and rude. Who says that? "Commotion"? Then after that, Paul came back and said "So there was nothing wrong with the car?" and he started making unnecessary comments saying "Well it's just you came in making it seem like it was a dire situation". Are you serious? I hardly said anything when I went in there. I went into a car repair shop because I was experience these things with my car. Like any customer would, I went in there and reported those things. I can do that. I was walking out and he was the one that called me back and he test drove and he put the car in the garage. It sounded to me like he was embarrassed by the way HE handled the situation, and after the rude tech "found nothing dire", Paul wanted to save face and act like I was the one that made a commotion when I didn't. If anyone "made a commotion" as the rude tech said, it was Paul, not me. If anyone "made it into a dire situation", it was Paul, not me. They made me feel like I not only forced them to look at my car when I didn't, but also lied about my experiences. They made me feel like I was crazy. Paul blamed me for something he did and he was totally rude and unprofessional, and the tech made unnecessary comments as well. I told those guys off, but I'm still irritated by the way they treated me that day and I will never go into that location again. And PS: the car did brake hard many times today while I was driving, and I smelled something weird as I was pulling into work too. But I guess those were all lies too and all in my head. I have been extremely satisfied with Firestone Raynham in the past. They have worked on all four of my cars including my company car. They must be going through some changes for the worst. Maybe the "great Techs" are not out there. We had our 2015 200 in for Brakes and rotors. 7 Visits later it is correct. YES 7 Visits and they were all we need to get the part. They used aftermarket that didn't fit correctly. We contacted Firestone Corporate and have not heard a thing from them. $550 was reasonable but 7 visits ? We have decided to be done with Firestone ! If they don't care enough to follow up then I will stop using them for the first time in 30 years. Lastly Dave the tire manager is awesome he has been there for awhile. I was shocked, I called up Dodge to do my breaks on 2012 Dodge ram, price quoted 566 just for fronts,over a 1000 to do both,called meineke,told me no prices over phone lol, called Firestone was given a price and told me bring it down, I was surprised on a holiday weekend, I had front and back brakes down ,tires rotated for 734, which was great drove home had a coffee and got a call trucks done, I thought they had me confused with another person ,but they said it was done, record time, Adam thanks for incredible speed. went in to fix my differential leak ....they refused to fix it saying its not good to change fluid in differential when its making any noise ....which it was not . also recommended I replace ball joints and sway bar links and air filter ....all of which were replaced BY THEM !!!! the previous month ....lol this place scams people by recommending work that doesn't need to be done and did not want to make the repair I requested .....stay away read more
