I went here to get my oil changed on tires rotated on a car with 20K miles. They told me I needed new brake pads and that the rotors were starting to be scrapped. I didn't have time so I took my car to another shop the next day. That mechanic told me my brakes had about 40% of their life left on them. When I first got my car I always went to jiffy lube for oil changes. My whole family used them so I trusted them. One day I went there to get an oil change and they told me I had a headlight out & they could replace the bulb for $3. I figured for $3 why not! Great deal! So I told them to do it. Later that night I was driving and noticed my headlight was flickering as I drove. Strange because it never happened before. I checked my headlight and it was BROKEN. It was not properly put on, and there was actually a PIECE OF STYROFOAM underneath the headlight to hold it in place. REALLY?!? I didn't put it there, and it wasn't there before I got an oil change. I would definitely notice if my headlight had a chunk of styrofoam under it, as well as noticing my headlight flickering. Coincidence? I think not. The next day I went back to jiffy lube and demanded that they fixed it as it wasn't broken until they replaced the bulb. The manager came out, looked at it & told me it was already like that when I brought it there & they didn't do it. He said he would not do anything to help. Complete bullshit. All in all, I ended up spending $70 to get a new headlight because this company couldn't properly replace a $3 light bulb. I will NEVER EVER go back to these liars and I would highly discourage anyone from using them. Do not let anyone touch your car unless you trust them!!! read more

I've been going to this location pretty regularly over the past 6 years. Never had a problem. It's an oil change.

I just don't think they do a very job here. It seems to vary every time I'm there. At times they do it so quickly, it feels as if they never actually changed the oil. read more

Haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in a long time due to the constant attempts to sell unneeded services/fluids. Things haven't changed based on my experience today. Service was quick, but beyond that, the extras they attempted to sell were all for things that were in good shape. Also noted the coupon I had pulled from their website the same day, specifying their location and an expiration date 1 month from now was "not accepted" anymore. $109 for a synthetic oil and filter change for a regular Ford Taurus - LOTS of better choices to be found in the area. read more

This Jiffy lube Location has some issues. They did fix my problem, but it should have been done correctly in the first place. Apparently they neglected to drain the old oil before adding 6 more quarts. My vehicle is only a couple of years old, so the oil is really clean and difficult to see on the dipstick. The following morning when I started the vehicle, it filled my garage and kitchen with blue smoke. It took me a few hours to figure it out, but the crankcase was overfilled. The manager was very nice, and drained and refilled it with the proper amount of oil. I have a problem with the rest of the crew, and the way they do their jobs. It looks extremely disorganized from the outside looking in. This situation should not have happened. read more

These guys were extremely polite and professional. I know a lot of people including myself at times feels like they might get taken advantage of or ripped off sometimes at places like this but not today. They were very respectful and honest. I changed a few things on my car a few weeks before coming here and I wondered if they were going to try and tell me I needed new ones. They didn't though they said those "things" looked good and that I don't need to change them for awhile. DO NOT GO HERE!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! If you care at all about your vehicle, stay away... I went here for an oil change out of convenience and they were nice at first when I got the service. They told me my oil light was on due to either the oil pump or the oil pump screen. I said I'd have it looked at as soon as possible. 12hrs later I was on my way to my real mechanic, I told him what jiffy lube had said. They pulled the car in and checked the oil dip stick. It was bone dry. Which means it's at least 2 quarts low maybe more... My mechanic had me tow the car back to jiffy lube and tell them to put it in writing, in case something happens later down the road, that they had failed to put enough oil in it. The guys at jiffy lube only put oil in the car and told me it was fine. Refused to give me written proof of what happened because they said it was not their fault. They tried to give me free oil changes to compensate for their screw up (why would I want more oil changes from a place that messed up the first one?!?!?) and never offered my money back. They gave me the number to their district manager and after 5 failed attempts to get in touch with him, I'm left with writing this review and having to deal with their corporate office. read more

Always an issue here....Last time coming here.... Myself and 3 other customers left without getting serviced. Two cars were in the bays that were there an hour or more for oil change. Employee said they were short staffed as we were all leaving. Would be good to share that before you bring people in expecting a 20 min oil change. The time previous i also left due to long wait times. I'm over at Speedy Oil Change in Taunton right now and huge difference in all aspects. I'll be coming here from now on after being with Jiffy lube for 30 years. read more

I went here for an oil change with a coupon when I was done they told me I should replace two air filters. When I said no the manager offered me one for half price??? Everyone gets asked to go in and get the run down on their car. It is always something more. I ended up paying 90.00 dollars. Also I asked them to inspect the heat plate on the bottom of my car. By the third time the man replied it would just fall off. Gee thanks. Plus when they were taking out filters they lost 2 pieces of the interior of my car. These were two screw covers near the steering wheel. I inquired where they went and maybe the vaccum sucked them up but got no where with any of the mechanics or the manager. The mechanics were actually asking me why the guy working on my car would take off those pieces. I was thinking shouldn't you be asking him that. The staff look unprofessional and act it too. An error code came up on my toyota camry and the mechanic told me it was transmission fluild which I later found out was not true. They just want your money and could give a care if you are satisfied or safe on the road. I would never go to another JiffyLube again. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! read more

Got an oil change there with a car that ran perfect and had no leaks or mess in the engine bay. All of a sudden as I'm sitting in the waiting room I see the tech spraying a fire extinguisher into my engine bay. It had caught on fire due to him missing and dripping oil all over the engine block. They did nothing to help me clean it up or even apologize nor did their cooperate office. Never again. read more

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. There were 3 gentleman working inside and they were as polite as can be! I can express how wonderful the staff was. I do not know ANYTHING about cars, even about simple things like oil changes. They made me feel very comfortable and assured me that everything would be taken care of. It was my first visit to jiffy lube for an oil change. They were unable to get the drain plug off of my car and stripped it in the process. I had to go somewhere else for the oil change and buy a new drain plug. read more
