I also took advantage of the shuttle service this time and that was also a great experience, the driver was very friendly and shared some funny stories from his days working in Vegas years ago. So far so good! Came here because a friend referred me and I'm not disappointed so far. I called a couple days ago and got a quote and set up an appointment to come in on a Friday. Just a heads up it was busy today and I heard them tell a customer Fridays are busy so if you need to come in later in the week I would try and make an appointment. Everyone I've interacted with so far has been very pleasant and kind. They even have a ride shuttle if you need it. I was sitting waiting for a friend for a bit and an employee just in with me to make sure I didn't need a ride or anything. Great customer service! I came in for a Brake Master Cylinder replacement.

I have to say I was pretty impressed with this company today. My car needed an oil change. I…read moreusually pay 80 bucks down on 30, but I got a flyer in the mail from Kaiser that they were running a $50 special. I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. They have a small but comfortable waiting area with a mini fridge and free Wi-Fi and a high top table so I got some work done while I waited. Just over an hour and they were very polite. They have free early or late key drop. They have a loaner car and even offered me a ride home. She told me they run specials very often so even if I don't get a flyer in the mail, I should just call about their specials next time I'm due for an oil change. And it's right behind the family express on the corner of Juniper and six so can't get much convenient than that. They checked my tires and pumped them up with air and sent the full report right to my phone. A+

However, on the way home, a buddy suggested that I swing by Discount Tire before going there. I am so glad that I did!
