One star is exceedingly generous! I purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Maserati of Naperville, expecting a quality vehicle based on their assurances and the clean Carfax report. What I received was an unsafe, flood-damaged car riddled with issues. Within 24 hours of delivery, the engine light came on, and a diagnostic report revealed extensive problems, including a damaged turbocharger, persistent water damage, non-functional driver assistance systems, a bunch of other water related damage and a strong odor of mold/mildew--a clear sign of prior flooding. The car cannot pass inspection and is illegal to drive in both Maine and Illinois. Maserati of Naperville reset the engine light and all the codes just before shipping the car to me, demonstrating they knew about these issues but failed to disclose them. Despite immediate outreach and numerous attempts to find resolution, the dealership refuses to take accountability, wanted me to pay a 10% restocking fee, $1/mile driven and pay for return shipping. They finally agreed to refund my full payment but I still had to pay shipping. When they got the car back they said the won't refund my full amount because the engine light is on and it wasn't when they shipped the car. This was the reason I returned the car and they agreed to a full refund due to the engine damage. Their conduct is a blatant violation of consumer protection laws and constitutes FRAUD. I urge anyone considering buying from Maserati of Naperville to think twice. Their deceptive practices, lack of transparency, and refusal to honor basic legal obligations have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Don't let this happen to you. They claim first class customer service but, I assure you, I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. This business is so unethical and disrespectful. When we called to schedule the replacement, we were informed that they had the documentation but had entered it wrong into the system, and we would now have to redo the tests for recall. To get a discount on gas I bought a car wash from the pump. Unfortunately they do not tell you that they offer a much cheaper carwash if you pay in the carwash line. The pump had no receipt paper so I had to go inside regardless of paying for both at the pump. While inside I asked how long it would take to get the car washed, I was told no more than 10 minutes...not true, I waited in the carwash line for an hour because when you purchase a full service wash the inside gets vacuumed before going through the wash. Meaning, I had to wait for the inside of everyone else's car to be cleaned out first even though I was just getting. An exterior wash. I noticed that everyone that was getting a full-service wash got out of their car and waited inside. I asked, because I was getting an exterior wash only, if I could stay in the car. They said it's not recommended but yes. Then I find out that I have to get out of the car again after the wash to re-present the receipt and the slip that they give to you. What's the point? By this time I was so fed up that I went back to the front and asked for my money back. They said no, because I paid at the pump they could not refund me my money, nor could I come back at a later time for my wash. One extra thing I also noticed, they advise you that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle, including anything that may be stolen from the inside. This is why I wanted to sit inside my car during the wash.They also have a huge list of things that they weren't responsible for, broken windows, broken mirrors, broken windshield wipers, broken antennas, anything older than five years old. It's plastered all over the place. Please, don't put with it. Take your car someplace else, avoid losing time, money, and gas. Go someplace else.

For many years I have taken my two cars to this Midas for oil and filter changes, and tire…read morerotation. The service has always been very good. The last two times though I was told that a tire rotation is only performed when needed. I use a coupon which is mailed to me or is available online. Nowhere is there a stipulation that tire rotations are only performed if needed. I rotate the tires to prevent uneven wear, not to stop it when uneven wear already appears. It is disappointing that Midas has chosen to not fulfill the offer of the coupon. Either remove the offer of a rotation, or clearly state it is only performed if need.

They told my wife, "Only the front left one is bad, but you really want to replace them in pairs" - which is true. I don't know if all Midas shops are this good, but the one on Roosevelt Ave in Wheaton is.

When I picked up my car, my battery unfortunately died so I asked for a jump. Very glad someone was around to help with that! The repairs were perfect and everything was detailed in a document. Then I have to call back at the end of the week and ask them why my car isn't done and they say next week. I call back and they tell me and the insurance it's going to be done by the end of the week. This process has been going on for 4 weeks straight and I wish I was exaggerating. My car has been in their possession for 2 months for a side swipe. I've called them 2-3 times a week for them to continue to say it would be a few days. They lie and give the most unrealistic time frame putting me at the mercy of begging the insurance to extend my rental. I'm a single mother and if I had believed them I would be thousands in debt with enterprise. If you have the kind of expendable income to afford a rental for months on end good for you. Go ahead and let them board your car. If your living paycheck to paycheck like me then DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They will have you in a hole with no end in sight. You think they would be honest and say it will be a few weeks. Nope. They continue to say every week it will be done in a day or two and don't listen when they say "it's in paint and then it's done." My car has been "in paint" for 3 weeks. Just remember while I am posting this I still don't have my car. Now I had to tell them I'm coming to pick it up in 2 days with or without them being done.
