Terrible shop, took my vehicle to repair a tire asked them to put a patch and they told me they can't repair old patch on practically new tire and they drilled the hole in the old patch and said they won't take the old patch off to put a new one and they said I would need to buy a new tire!! Terrible tire shop and unprofessional stay away from this place they will try to rip you off. I took my vehicle to a different tire shop and they repaired everything professionally. read more

So happy to finally have a Firestone at North Port. They provide nation wide service. This is is brand new store,opened at 2021. Nice showroom,waiting area,outside bench too. Service is fast,informative and courteous. I recommend stopping by for a complimentary tire pressure check any time the tire pressure light comes out on your vehicle. read more

I prefer to leave reviews praising the businesses I use but sometimes you must caution other customers or potential customers by informing them of your experience. This was mine on July 25th, 2025, and why I will not be returning or suggesting this Firestone anymore. The prior Wednesday I noticed the front tires on my truck were wearing on the edge and figured I needed an alignment, so I scheduled an appointment at this Firestone for Friday at 9am. I know this location can be busy, so I wanted to give them enough time before I had to pick my daughter up at daycare. I spoke to the man in the lobby, and we looked at it and he also thought it needed an alignment. He also suggested I get an oil change being my truck was just over 40,000 miles and I agreed to it. I got a ride home and waited. Around 2:30 I had not heard from them, so I called and checked on my truck's status. He let me know that they were just about done and would call me when it was ready. After another hour went by, I got a ride back to see if it was ready. Pulling into the parking lot I noticed my truck was still backed into the spot I left it in which had me a little worried but was hoping it was ready, and they put it back the same way. When I let the lady know, I was there to pick up my truck she started searching for my keys and invoice and could not find them. The man from earlier came out to let me know they had not started on it yet. I was surprised and confused due to the fact I had dropped it off over 6 hours ago. I asked for my keys, and they offered to pull it in immediately, but I knew even if they did that, I would be late picking up my daughter, so I declined. I was then offered to bring it in the next day, but I had to work which is why I had scheduled it for Friday to begin with, so I declined that offer as well. I asked why I was told it was almost ready earlier which the response I received was they thought I was talking about another F150. That could be true, but I think if someone calls to inquire about their vehicle you should do your due diligence in making sure you have an accurate answer. I was also told because I left it there, they work on the ones people stay and wait for first. This also could be true but when I dropped it off there was no one else there and when I came to pick it up there was only one person waiting and no one notified me that that was the procedure. I waited 3 days before making this review because I wanted to see if anyone would reach out to me, which never happened. I will also be informing the corporate office of this experience but regardless I will not be returning. I have used this Firestone several times for my vehicles but that will not be happening anymore. With this customer they lost 3 vehicles, but I doubt they really care. So, in conclusion, if you are in search of an auto center that treats you like you are more than just a number and value your business this is not the place to go. read more

This is a very new shop (open about 6 months) quite close to my home so I thought I would give them a try and try to support the new, local business. Thus, I ordered (2) Firestone tires and confirmed an appointment using their online website. They called shortly after I submitted the website appointment to confirm the appointment and verify the tires but I was informed these specific tires were NOT in stock at their local warehouse so they would have to call me back on estimated delivery. I told them that would be fine, I have the time to wait. No one called me back (4 days went by) so the day before my appointment was scheduled, I called them FIVE times. The first 4 tries, I was either hung-up on or put on hold and no one ever picked the call back up (15-20 minutes on hold). On the 5th try (2:30 in the afternoon) they finally spoke to me. I was told they would check to see if my tires had arrived at their shop and they would call me back right away. Guess what, no return call again. The following morning (the day of my appointment scheduled for 10AM), I called TWICE. First time, same old thing. Put on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. Second call they answered. Now they tell me my appointment was not entered correctly in their computer and I would have to reschedule because the tires were never ordered from their supplier. Then 20 minutes later I get an automated email requesting I reschedule this appointment. In my experience, you can't speak with anyone on the phone, they put you on hold. No return phone calls. No call from the store manager. Overall, very poor customer service. All I can tell you, if you need their service or have a quality problem, BUYER BEWARE because you probably will not be able to get in touch with them and DO NOT expect a return phone call. If this is how they treat a brand new and potential future customer (my first time trying to do business with them), good luck for their future. All I can tell you, I WILL NOT CONTACT THEM AGAIN AND I WILL GET MY SERVICE ELSEWHERE. I will not tolerate this level of non-professionalism when I have MANY other available options for tires and auto service. As a retired, old-school sales and customer service professional, this is NOT the way to try and earn new customers and potential repeat business especially for a brand new shop just getting up on it feet. read more

They have no clue what they are doing at this location. Charged me $120 for an alignment and only thing they did was chew up my tie rods and keep my truck in the shop for 7 hours. I went to another place and they charged me way less and actually did a proper job in less than 2 hours. This place is horribly ran, always lines inside with people not even being helped yet and horrible customer service. ONLY thing good was I got my refund with no fight because the store manager knew he screwed me over. Never again will I be going to this location or recommend anyone! read more

I was unloading groceries and found a screw in my tire. Not in a good place too. This Firestone is new and very close to home so I drove over. They estimated I would need a new tire, which didn't surprise me. They called me later and let me know that the screw was very small and did not puncture the tire. No charge! Very honest. Took my daughters car in for 2 front tires. Shop called said they broke off a lug nut removing tire and one other was they claimed was missing. They quoted me 310.00 for tires and 230.00 to fix the missing lug nuts and hub. Was told it was a 2 hour job so had more labor cost it took 30 min and when we picked up car they said it was 366.00. They wouldn't release my daughters car or keys until paid but the price WASN'T what they quoted me. So I either had to pay or she couldn't go to work the next day. I tried to talk to 2 managers Justin and the Venice Manager was in the store as well working and both were rude and kept saying things like Oh Hunny, you just don't understand like I was a dumb female. I filed a corporate complaint and BBB see if District Manager Alex will reach out to resolve this and credit me back the extra 100.00 they over charged me!! Shop takes advantage of the situation of customers needs and charges what they want at their gain versus what was quoted!!!! read more
