These people charged my daughter for a rear brake job in the amount of $511.77 and never touched the brakes! Now it has me questioning whether they did any of the other services they have charged us for. She complained about her brakes squeaking, so I tore them down and the rear brakes that they supposedly changed 7 months/7000 miles earlier were wore out, almost metal to metal. I made a trip to the store while I was in visiting her and the manager was conveniently not available. I called the 800 number, that's a dead end too. It's been 2 weeks and the area manager hasn't bothered to return my call. My daughter is in college, so I got the Firestone CC because Firestone Complete Care was the most convenient way for her to get her car serviced. I brought my truck in for tire service on 3/23/2025. I just noticed on 3/30/2025 that my transmission fluid dipstick is missing (stolen) because I check my fluid levels on Sunday nights. This is the only shop where I left my vehicle in the past 4 years, so I know it was taken here! Update: Terrance called 3/31/2025, after seeing my Google review, to deny it happened, but he wasn't there on the 23rd! GMT800 is a popular GM platform Terrance, plenty of reason for one of your crooked staff members to steal parts! I'll deal with an independent tire shop from now on. They do a fantastic job and we come here any time we need service. Not only did they replace my two busted tires, but they noticed a third was damaged with a bubble and a slit in the tire and slowly leaking air. So they let us know and sent us a pic, and took care of the third. I had no idea and appreciate them taking the time to see that. Thank you! read more

Few things... First, I arrived at 7 am when they open and found the door locked. I waited a while and then called around 7:10 am and that's when the man sitting in his office came and unlocked the door. Then after explaining I need a tire repair he advised they open at 7 am but they "don't start working until 8 am", which I found odd but was fine. Afterward, as he was checking me out and asked me to sign that I had been "advised of the estimate ... " I asked the estimate prior to signing and he stated "I can't see it, just scribble something and I will tell you" again odd but I signed. From there I was advised the estimate to fix a nail in my tire would be around $44. Which is usually on average no more than $10-20. Then after being there from 7 am until 8:25 am, a new employee at the desk advised they would not fix my tire I would have to buy a new one due to the location of the nail. I understand that there is a policy for replacing tires if the location of the nail or screw is too close to the side wall but I know for a fact that it was not to close. The man then told me "it would be stupid for me to try to get it fixed somewhere else". Needless to say, I took my keys and left. That all being said the mechanic in the back was actually very nice and very understanding as to why I was taking my vehicle to another location for the repair. read more

Had an appointment for a battery change. We stopped by before the appointment time to make sure they were going to have the battery so we didn't wait all day for nothing. The obviously unhappy worker said there were 3 options for batteries and he wouldn't know which one he was going to need until he saw it. It was clear that he didn't care and wasn't going to lift a finger to help. We told him to go ahead and cancel the appointment and he shrugged his shoulders and said "ok" like "I don't give a sh$#". This is the 2nd experience my family has had with this store that was pathetic. This store does not want to help you and you can tell they want to say "no" to you. Save yourself some trouble and go to the many other stores one exit way. The sooner this store closes, the better off Denham Springs will be. With this kind of service, it won't be long. read more

Took car in for check engine light. Was told fuel pump, EGR valve, and idle air control valve all needed to be replaced. Parts, labor, shop supplies, and tax came to $885.24. Also, had full tank of gas and gone 7 miles before dropping it off. Received repaired car with a half tank. Took another 10.6 gallons to fill back up after having gone 18 miles. 0.58 MPG? No explanation given. Cannot recommend this place. -Zero stars. read more

BEWARE!! when buying a Firestone lifetime alignment because it's not transferable to a new vehicle. Goodbye Firestone.

I needed a couple of tires recently and went to this Firestone location. While they did rotate the tires so that the two new ones were on the rear of my truck, it took three hours to complete the job. I had to remind them to give the lug nut adapter back to me. Then had to go back the next morning to get my center caps back from them. read more
