The install crew did an awesome job. They had to do a lot of modifications to get the unit to fit in the attic, which they did. With no fault of the crew, they were unable to get the unit working before they left. First thing this morning Kevin arrived and found that the factory missed labeled a wiring connection. He quickly fixed the issue and I was up and running. Couldn't be more happier with the crew at Bowles Heating and Air Conditioning. Pat Neves, proprietor of 1st Choice Comfort Solutions, has been the only HVAC vendor "worth his salt" in both being able to understand the technology of the old HVAC units but also keep them running and making the necessary repairs. It has been my experience that other HVAC vendors would apply "band-aid approaches", probably because they did not have the expert technical knowledge that Pat Neves has. 2/4/2026 Mike and his crew installed a complete new HVAC system for us. These guys are friendly,…read moreprofessional, prompt, know what the hell they are doing and answered all our questions. Our system was about 50 yrs old, (Chrysler) yes that's right a Chrysler brand. It worked perfect and we wanted a new high efficiency unit for our condo. The guys came in on Monday 2/2/26 and removed the old system and installed the new system 2/3/26 and finished up within 30 minutes on 2/4/26. The crane lifted our new unit on top the building roof and removed the old unit as well. The inside Chrysler unit was removed and installed the same day as the roof unit. We are very pleased with the pricing, equipment and expertise with Absolute Paradise Cooling & Heating. Please call these guys if you are in need of HVAC work.
