I ordered the buffalo chicken nuggets, and they were sweet rather than traditional buffalo sauce. The temperature of the food was warm but not hot. The food preparers didn't wear gloves, but the people who provided the toppings did wear gloves. They also cross contaminated food by using the tongs meant for lettuce in the onions and the spoon meant for onions on other food. They should keep the onion one separate for those with allergies. They also put way too much mayo on the burger. The kids cheeseburger was dry and tasted horrible. I question if it was actual meat. I couldn't finish it because it was so awful. My partner had the chicken sandwich and it was dry and crunchy with very little flavor. My daughter had the veggie burger and it was okay. We also all tried the poutine but the fries were undercooked and soggy before they ever even placed the gravely and cheese curds on it. We were not impressed and will not be back to Harvey's.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received by the woman working the counter. Without any expectation she offered me a free box of protein bars, and on my way out insisted that I take not one, but two free large containers of protein powder. I actually felt guilty, but she insisted and I honestly wanted to try both flavours and she knew it. The food was delicious, flavourful and fulfilling. I will most certainly return. The only downside was that I was unable to add my MasterCard to the app for some odd "cvs mismatch" reason. Nonetheless, I understand this is a franchise and the management of this location have no control over the app. I look forward to coming again in the near future.
