Was there last Friday for live music and had a blast! Pizza was amazing, best I've had from here in the 15 years I've lived in the area - crispy crust, good amount of toppings, steaming hot!! The service was also amazing, never had an empty drink and were very friendly and attentive! Only 3 people were working, for table service, kitchen and bar with a full house while also completing take out pizza orders. I would recommend the pizza and dine in to anyone! read more

Pizza was good. service was extra poor!!! the kind that wows you! lol went to pick up my pizza. waited 10 min at the till and then finally a woman with a phone stuck to her ear came up and took my name. she didnt even say one word to me the whole time i was there..... then she hands me their debit machine. it instantly asks for how much you would like to tip. not if you want to tip. just how much! lol then the woman that handed me my pizza just walks away before my transaction is even complete. service so shockingly poor it makes you laugh $27 for a large 3 topping. and it was good. read more

The rain falls, Enter into a parking lot that is oddly narrow with the expectation of parking on the far side... was not aware of this, backed into the building... Enter into Rondos... decor remnants of the Gondola. It was unclear if it was open to the public or not, as a table blocked the entry way and everything was askew. However that's not standard, the place had just went through a catered event earlier in the day. We sat at a table after some shuffling and much confusion. Our menus were brought and we were warned of the sticky tables, not because they are uncleaned, that's just the way they are. My friend noted that it's most likey due to the fact that they used a water soluable finish that is easily scratched off cheap and holding too much moisture. Three of us got cesars and one of us got a water. The water was a pithy portion and dwarfed by the cesars which were quite good; nothing out of the ordinary lacking explosions of flavour and various pickling adornments yet, tastey. We were the only people in there at this point and we all nearly finished our drinks - some of us did - before we were approached for our order. We ordered, peeled the menus back and then waited for over 40 minutes. Our meals finally arrive and oddly our appitizers and salads were missing. We prompted and speedily they turned up. The salads were what they were: lettuce with pizza toppings. Apparently the house dressing is olive oil and white vineger. I'd rather an admission of the non existence of house dressing then that... but hey! I munched it and it was something I'd never had before. One of us ordered a pizza that was supposed to have prosciutto - a meat when raw, smells like dog but when cooked, is fantastic - and there was none, no prosciutto! The marricotti was over cooked had too small of a portion compared to the wasteful amount of sauce, which did taste good. The sausage penne was struggling to become an arabiatta but didn't make it; the vegtables were undercooked (a bit more nutrients but unexpected texture) and it just didn't become a sauce, it was over saturated with liquid. The sausage had a good flavour. The pizza rolls had good pepperroni but were burnt and a bit too sweet of dough. The waiter was very addament on getting us water after we had finished for a while and after that it took a while longer to get our check. I think everyone was working hard it's just... Regardless, One of our party remarked, "where's chef Ramsea when you need him!" All of this could have been overlooked yet, Rondos prices are up there, nay steep! It's almost that they are overstocked and to solidify payments they charge way too much. It's like the place can't decide if it's a pizza place or a gourmet resturant; some sort of identity crisis. I think the management needs to communicate better. Much like when we were there, we felt underappreciated, not payed attention to and shafted out of our money which causes quality to suffer. I'm not afriad to get wet but we found a few slippery slopes at this place. Derision surrmounted, everyone else wouldn't go back, I would. Shit service. Went in to Lambton Mall Road location with three others and the woman was lazy and stupid. She just said they were having a group of people showing up. No "where would you like to sit" or anything. So we just sat down ourselves and the table was all sticky. She says,"the table is just sticky because it's wood." Lol. Then we wait half hour to be given menus. Then another half hour to place our orders. Hour wait for our food. Penne was under cooked. Pizza didn't have the meat that was supposed to be on it. Pizza rolls were burnt. Tortellini was over cooked. Friggin embarrassing. Crap service! Crap food! Way too much money! Only worth 1/4 of the price. Get Gordon Ramsay in there please! read more

Best pizza in Sarnia & Brights Grove hands down. Staff is very friendly as well. I definitely recommend eating here. Try their taco pizza.

Went here for the first time here today to grab a slice for lunch. Only one option, pepperoni. Happened to be fine with me....no big deal. Took 5 minutes for the slice to come out, obviously to reheat. Also not the end of the world. But the kicker was when I sat down and as I was taking the first bite the woman at the counter said "just so you know our pricing for dine in is different so when you pick up to go, its TO GO". Indirectly telling me to leave even though the dining room was literally empty. Learned my lesson, can't be bothered to support a business with such pathetic customer service. Too bad, I drive by a few times a week around lunch time. read more

Terrible pizza. It use to the best pizza around.... Now it's the worst. They forgot how to cook pizza without burning or over cooking. It certainly has gone down hill since the Rondinelli's have left. read more
