Not only are we out the moneys we spent on the land that we can't sell nor use but we are also out over $40k that was spent on countless engineers and surverys that were never even needed. We found out through another builder that Eugene should have known we didn't have the funds to build the house, never mined the money needed to build the retaining wall. He is a scammer and fraud. Electricians, plumbers, drywall, design, etc. Tom was so good at keeping the job on time, co-ordinating all trades people and very close to my budget and his original estimate. If changes happened and I guess they always do, he kept me posted. We made decisions together. Never any pressure. He was very clean too. Trusted him completely and would highly recommend him. I had two estimates done, his was the lower one which scared me a little. I did not choose him strictly because of price but he was also available sooner. I had a time-frame and he met that with days to spare! If you have a project and even if you only need another estimate or opinion I feel you would only be happy that you gave him a call and have him out to take a look. The transformation is amazing. He even did extras like mounting the TV and touching up the paint! We are very happy with the results. Thank you Tom!

He also suggested me to sell my old kitchen cabinets to save money to remove them. I sold my old kitchen for $200 without the hassle to bring them to the dump site. Rob hand made all the kitchen doors by maple wood as requested by me. He charged me at very competitive price by comparing to Home Depot but at way better services and quality. He delivered and installed my kitchen on time and also co-ordinated very well with my granite guy and plumber for entire time. My realtor and my tenants were stunned by my brand new kitchen. Every thing fit perfectly. My realtor said this brand new kitchen added a lot of value to my apartment when I tried to sell it. Won't hesitate to recommend him.
