All staff were very nice. I appreciate the entire restaurant concept and love that there are vegan and healthy options. The ambiance is nice. The a/c thermostat was set to 67 degrees, so the seating area was quite chilly. As far as the pizza goes, both pies we got were undercooked. Food ordered- Vegan harvest pizza- the description listed "aioli" on it, however the server described it as a "white sauce"... it mas definitely mayonnaise. A spicy mayonnaise. If you are wondering if mayo goes on pizza or with squash, it does not. All the toppings were so small that i could not appreciate them. I wish i could say my disappointment was limited to my choice in toppings, however, the pizza dough was undercooked. This pizza place is amazing!! They have such a cool spot for food and drinks. The service was amazing and they were so friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. Definitely coming back again! Their menus do change depending on the season so keep that in mind. But they do have staples that don't change. They have both indoor and outdoor seating that is very comfortable. It could have been better. This place serves Neapolitan style pizza. It's pretty good, although not as good as the similar place in Lodi (Guantonio's). It's also pretty much an order at the restaurant and/or eat in type place. They don't really answer their phones for take out orders. My first time I tried calling for 30 minutes when they opened...on a Wednesday...and no one answered (just an answering machine). In this day and age it is pretty weird they don't have like 3+ options about how to order. Meh. I won't be rushing back. read more

Everything about this place was amazing! Came right at opening and the staff was all so friendly. You can see the pizzas made with all the fresh ingredients that they have. They probably have my favorite brick oven pizza in the valley! I'm a sucker for pain so I go for the hot boi and I'm never disappointed. Some people don't realize that with brick oven pizza the crust will be a little black but it's Stockton so that shouldn't be surprising! The staff are very friendly too! I'm a local and I wanted to share my honest opinion. I wanted to love this pizza, great staff and atmosphere. The pizza dough is one of the worst pizzas I've had in my life. Not here to make waves or anything, I wish it was good. It's literally the most bitter pizza I've ever had. The dough tastes like burnt coffee grounds and I tried to support, but it makes me dry heave trying to eat it. If they fixed the dough or the flavor I would be a regular, I just can't bear the taste of their dough. Maybe they need to clean their oven or something. It pains me to make this review because I have no ill will or hate towards them, it's just 1.5 out of 10 pizza. I wish them well and I hope they can succeed. read more

Quick Review: Putting out quick bomb pizza from a mobile fired oven pizza oven. Follow their IG if you want to see their pop ups and special flavor for the month. They prioritize catering first so there are times they might not be available for the week. Every pizza I've had here is great. My go to is a traditional pepperoni or their hot boi which is pepp w/jalapeños and ranch drizzle. I will suggest to order your pizza extra crispy bc I had one experience where the center didn't hold when lifting the slices so it made it sucky to eat and everything drooping off. Also, if you haven't had wood fired or brick oven style pizza please note the crust will typically always get some black char on the edges. They didn't burn your pizza! read more

We chose to spend dinner at a local Stockton restaurant we've been meaning to try and we are so glad we did. Upbeat mexican music greeted us as we entered in honor of Cinco de Mayo. The owners Daniel and Sara told me they actually share their playlist on instagram and curate the music. I like how intentional they are, starting with the decor,food and vibe to make it a welcoming space for diners. The outdoor patio with string lights looked inviting. Our server Julia was attentive and brought out our food quickly. We ordered the Wood Fired Veggies, Stugots (meatballs)and the Blanco neopolitan style pizza with a couple of sangrias. Drizzling Mike's Hot Honey on the Blanco kicked it up a notch. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were. The meatballs are the best I've tasted anywhere so I highly recommend it! We ordered seasoned wood fire veggies($12), a garden salad ($8). We ordered 5 pizzas $16-$22. We also ordered canola, tiramisu and gingerbread cake. The blanco needed more sausage but good. The three wisemen was really good and the hot honey took up to another level. My only complaint is the pizza I couldn't initially pick it up. Hot out of the oven, the pizza doesn't hold up. You have to wait for it to cool off to pick up the pizza without all the toppings falling off. It's a very thin undercarriage and the crust rim is a little thicker. Good flavor on the sauce and whole pizza overall. The lusty lady was good. Overall the pizza was good only complaint was the undercarriage of the pizzas, they are difficult to pick up. The dessert were excellent. Try the gingerbread cake before December is over. The service was excellent. But it is pretty expensive. read more

Love this new pizza restaurant! We came here during Stockton Restaurant Week on a Thursday at 5 pm, and we got the last table inside. The attentive, very friendly and courteous wait staff helped us with menu choices. I had the "You look like I need a drink" and hubby had "Lusty Lady" - both had great combination of ingredients and arrived promptly - even though the place was packed. I like the soft, thin crust of the pizza. Husband had the Orange Upside-Down cake which was amazing! As other reviewers remarked - there is a nice vibe here in this modern dining room. Tried Fired pizza to celebrate my mother's birthday because she recently had it and really enjoyed it. Our experience was not as enjoyable due to our pizza being completely burned. The whole pizza tasted burned, even when the burned parts were removed. Really close to being charcoal. When we pointed the burned pizza out to our server she said that was how they came because of the wood fired oven. But the rest of the party guests had regular colored pizza. Looking at the pizza we didn't eat, the photos speak for themselves. Probably not going to be returning as charcoal is not something I order off of menus to pay for. read more

So I eat a lot of pizza, like almost once a week lol. We went to the National Night on Yosemite Ave and they happened to be there. Figured why not try, and was not disappointed. First there customer service was on point, very friendly. Pizzas came out in around 10 minutes give or take, so pretty fast for us ordering 4 pizzas. My son and I got the classic pepperoni, wifey the margarita pizza and my littles just plain cheese. When I first saw the pizza I thought oh no it's burnt on the crust, but that's just from their wood fired oven, the pizza didn't taste burnt at all. The dough was perfect, and I loved the pepperoni being crispy. My wife enjoyed her margarita pizza, she said the basil was super fresh.
