Tried a veggie pizza at Scottsdale fired pie location. Didn't even ask for any specific or how many toppings. But look at the pizza, they are fully loaded with a ton of veggies. Worth every penny. Customer service is the best. The guy handed me the pizza when I'm waiting at my table and always courteous and smiling. This is next to Scottsdale quarter and have plenty of parking. Ambiance is good and they are cleaning right away once a customer leave. People working in this location needs a special appreciation.

Good friendly service here. The place is nice and clean. I got a make your own pizza. Half the side of the pizza included olives, garlic, spinach, and cheese. I was happy to see that they have fresh mozzarella too. On the other side, it was cheese, tomato and garlic. We had a bite of pizza before leaving. It was really tasty. Shared parking in this lot.

Mediterranean Pizza was very good however, while eating, I decided that pizza isn't pizza unless it has sauce. Otherwise it's bread with toppings. Allison, the wonderfully friendly Fired Pie employee and I had a debate about this and we agreed to disagree. The moral of my review is Pizza is very good and all of the staff is terrific!

SMH... follow-up to my last review. The business owner Doug apologized for ghosting my previous email and also asked me to email him yet again so he could make it right. A whole week later and he has yet to respond Don't bother at this point Doug, I'm done with Fired Pie. Way to treat a regular customer who visits your restaurants at least 3-4x a month. (Check photos for proof of what I'm saying.) This business does not care about your business they just care about their appearance in the reviews and make empty promises

Okay. I need to talk about an incident here a couple of days ago. So the pizza was good, as always (from any FP location, really). Made the way I wanted and worth the money. But this story is about the incredibly annoying attitude and demeanour of the woman who served me. It's the reason I almost certainly won't return. She's been there before and really hasn't changed. I suppose she thinks she's cute in the way she speaks with people, but it got old the first time and this time I was half expecting it and was really annoyed when once again she started with her shit. I know her name is Allison, because that's what the dude sitting at the table behind us called out when he wanted her to come over and look at some weird thing or other on his laptop. He was also an employee. Walked in with my kid. No other customers there. We stand at the BYO instructions sign so my kid can get a handle on what he will be ordering. While I'm speaking to him, Allison starts raving and clapping her hands to tell me to quickly come over and order something. I'm TALKING to my kid at the time and she doesn't even seem to realize this. I continue speaking to the kid and she continues raving and clapping, as apparently there is some receipt coming out a receipt printer literally where the pizza cheese and sauce is and she wants me to order before the receipt is printed. What the absolute..? I finally get to the counter and she interrupts almost everything I say. Pizza, with the -- "Okay, which sauce?" -- with the REGULAR sauce please. She indicates the regular tomato or chunky and says "well, by regular do you mean this one? or THIS one? Because I don't know what your regular is. Your regular might not be my regular. I've gotten in trouble before for the wrong sauce." Right, okay. The correct response would have been "tomato sauce?", not a cattle-auctioneer-speed response that was mildly confrontational. I almost felt like she was guilting me for using that word. Then I ask for vegan cheese, and while she's laying it on the pizza she starts with other commentary asking me to provide details on how thick or thin I want it laid out. WHILE she's laying it out. To an unexpected extent. PLEASE just put the cheese on and I'll tell you after the fact if I need more. Next for the meats. I start saying that I'd like the meaty italian with spi-- "SPICY or REGULAR sausauge?!" -- spicy sausage, please. Again, interrupted. I was literally in the middle of my sentence. Then more hyperactive talk after the default meats had been applied asking if there were any more meats to be added along with more comments about her meat-applying hands or, I don't know what, by this time it was almost like a fight and I didn't want to be there anymore. I was not in the mood for it. Now, last time I was in we had some weird interaction about the onion. I call it red onion. Everyone else in this country calls them red onions. Everyone knows what a red onion is, but this woman takes issue with the term. Last time she tried to correct me about the name of them. This time I asked for red onion and she immediately corrected me: "PURPLE onion". I told her I was calling them what the normal populace calls them. She starts on about how they're purple, she's an art student, waves her hands around for effect. I don't WANT this discussion. You and I both know what we are talking about, get the onions done and let's move on. She takes the onion and then, I've literally never seen this before, she SNAPS a bunch of them into smaller pieces in her hands before applying them. I don't understand why that was done. Completely bizarre. Got through the rest of the vegetables and I was done ordering. Kid had almost the same experience and rolled his eyes at me when we were at the table waiting. The pizza was made well, cooked well and was delicious. There was no issue with the food whatsoever. Allison changed gloves after handling my garlic. All good. The problem is interacting with this woman. Literally I don't want to speak with her again because I found it combative, not funny, and not a good experience. From reading other reviews, I see that some people like her. My experience has completely turned me off returning to this location, which is a shame because FP has always been one of my favorite lunches. Learning opportunity for Allison: 1) Do NOT interrupt customers while they are talking to each other, or to you. You can be chirpy while ALSO being attentive. 2) It is called RED ONION. Even if you don't like the term, you understand what is being ordered so just suck it up and apply the onions. 3) "Regular sauce" is the regular tomato sauce by default that all pizzas come with unless a customer explicitly requests a different sauce. Confirm with customer without being confrontational. 4) Apply the default amount of toppings and allow customer to modify the application AFTER you have done so. Three stars because of the quality and price of the food.

hours are not accurate. this is my third of fourth time at this location & this store is run by teenagers that really just close whenever they want. their hours say they close at 9pm but it's currently 8pm & they are closed..why? "because they just had a huge rush & they took everything" so explain to me how ya'll are supposed to open tomorrow morning then? *shocker*

Oh man I love fired pie. Talking about authentic chipotle style fast food, they cauliflower crust is amazing. I like the chicken pesto pizza it is so good. Go here and try the chicken pesto pizza. read more

Awesome service I would say that Trisha is the superstar around the place but she runs a tight ship. Place is always clean service is always fast and food is always spectacular. If you are looking for a made to order pizza shop I would go here before trying out similar concepts. read more

I am not one to leave reviews but after receiving the order I got tonight got me very upset. To start off, it is not the dashers fault it is the person who made my order. This is the THIRD time I have ordered THE SAME ORDER this weekend. My family has wanted to have pizza every night this weekend. Friday and Saturday night, the pizza was delicious and how we wanted it. Tonight... I was very disappointed. It gets delivered, I open the box to start serving slices of pizza to my family and I notice there is no cheese at all, and ONE little small side serving of pizza sauce that only covered ONE SLICE of pizza....lol.... I called and got such bad attitude from one of the females working there. I can't remember her name and she's lucky. She was trying to tell me that I ordered it that way... no ma'am I did not. Once again this was the THIRD time I have ordered from this exact location on door dash and once again it is not the dashers fault. Every one should know that the app remembers your order and all you have to do is press "Order Again" and yes, I always double check my orders and NO it did not say "No Cheese" and "Sauce On The Side" especially not sauce on the side for one piece of pizza? Very disappointed to open a box of yummy pizza and this happened. The girl with the attitude definitely did not help. read more

Allison is the best part of this place. She makes the most awesome pizza She is friendly,fun and such a hard worker. Came in today and Allison was behind the counter ready to make our pizzas. She made our pizza and there was a line behind us. Matt and Gina are sitting down doing absolutely nothing. Matt did come ring us up but that was it. While we were enjoying our pizza Allison is walking around cleaning and making sure all customers are happy meanwhile Matt and Allison are sitting at a table doing nothing. The pizza oven is in desperate need of a scraping down. Allison is the best thing here make sure you stop in and ask for her to make you a delicious Fired Pie! read more

I've been going here for years now, one of my kids favorite places. Management has changed recently, doesn't have the same feel as before. Yes it is a chain place but the former manager made you feel special that you were in regularly. Also, lately the pizza has been coming out with one side burnt to a crisp, I think the dough press is off so it gets thin. One other thing that is crazy, if you order online you don't get any customer reward points. Lol, I'd probably be top tier during the pandemic if it worked. read more

If you like a cracker thin pizza, this place is for you! Build your own pizza and salads. The pizza was good. Salads are hearty. Great for family's who have a range of pizza topping likes. Pretty quick too! My pizza was fired in about 5 min. read more

I can't even explain to you how much I love coming to this place on my lunch break. Fired pie is located near chipotle across the street from Scottsdale quarter. And is a super convenient stop if you are shopping in the area. You can order an 11"inch pie and customize it and add whatever you want for one price only. They have a few pizzas on the menu that you can order in case you don't want to have to build your own. My favorite one is the steak and bleu cheese pizza with the garlic sauce. It's freakin' delightful. The customer service here is amazing, always greeted with a smile and takes practically no time to get your food. You get to see everything from what they add to your pizza and when they add it to the oven (similar to a subway type ordering method) which leaves you knowing they didn't miss a thing during your order process. they also have a pretty decent selection of teas to go with your meal if you'd like while also serving beer and wine. They also have red peppers and ranch upon request at no additional charge. I haven't tried the salads here cause the pizza is too good to try something else. read more

This place is great! The concept is just like Chipotle or Subway. Pick your pie or make one of the suggested ones on the menu. The pizza is so good! I always order a pizza with mozzarella and fresh mozzarella with pepperoni, mushrooms, garlic, and light onions. The staff is friendly and the pizza gets baked in their oven. Since it is thin crust, it doesn't take long to bake at all. It's $7.95 which I think is a great deal for a personal size pizza. They also have salads there, too. read more

We went to Fired Pie for our daughters Birthday over the weekend prior to going to a neighboring business for the remainder of the party. Angela and her staff were very welcoming to our group of 20. It is nice to visit a restaurant where the staff seems to care about its customers. The pizza and salads were also very good. We will definitely be returning to Fired Pie!!! read more

Ordered postmates so cannot comment on the building or staff. Pizza was great, I thought the menu was a little basic at first but I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the steak & blue, a custom pizza, spicy southwest salad and a pookie for two people and did not finish everything in one sitting. Fast. Fresh. Good service. My first visit featured their version of the "marguerita" pizza...and a simple dinner salad. Salad was fresh and crisp, and the Caesar dressing was good, if not special. The pizza was well prepared and cooked. The result--a very thin crust--is not my favorite style. read more

I am pizza traditionalist - to me, a fired Neapolitan style pizza Margherita is perfect. My husband on the other hand has been known to build pizzas that cost as much as a restaurant filet mignon because of all of the add-on toppings costs that most pizza joints charge. Because of my husband's proclivity for loaded pizzas, I love Fired Pie. For a very reasonable flat charge they can build you the delicious pizza of your dreams in salad bar fashion. They have enough variety of sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables & herbs to satisfy everyone. The crusts are nice and thin and the pizza oven is blistering hot so the pizzas get turned out fairly quickly with the perfect balance of crispiness and chew. They also build custom salads for the same $7.95 flat price but I have yet to partake. I love Fired Pie. read more

To be honest, I was a bit sad to see the previous restaurant that was in this space (Pellini) go. However, Fired Pie was quite an enjoyable lunch experience, so I'll certainly cope just fine coming here instead. I'd seen a few other Fired Pies around town, so seeing a local franchise grow a bit more is kinda a neat thing. The whole setup is pretty ideal, having a fixed price for a custom pizza or salad is a great idea as we all hate getting nickeled and dimed (or dollared) for adding toppings. And for something that gets baked in an actual fired oven, it's pretty darn quick. I had my pizza in under 5 minutes. The place is comfortable, clean, fairly priced, and has ample seating, even around lunch time. In all, $10 for a tasty personal pizza drink made for an enjoyable visit. I'll certainly be back. Can't really find anything to complain about here, perhaps I'll update my review the more I dine here. read more

Saw the new sign recently and decided to try for lunch over the weekend. It's basically the same layout as the former Italian Pellini (RIP) with a change of menu to pizza and salads. You order and the pizza is constructed in front of you by very eager staff. We very surprised at the speed of delivery on the pizza - and it was real pizza, very fresh with a nice thin & crispy crust. We had a pepperoni and one of the suggested creations Hawaiian BBQ (substituting tomato sauce for BBQ). At $7.95 for 11" personal sized pizza or salad of your choosing, I'm sure we'll be back. If you're on a time crunch and have a hankering for real pizza, give this place a go. Hey even the guy from Five Guys Burgers down the strip came in for a to-go order! The only neg to note was a staff member met up with some friends and they all went outside for a smoke on the patio. Right outside the front door. Clearly a violation of the AZ smoking laws. We were on our way out so we held our breath and blew through the smoke. Still, management should be aware and reminding staff of smoking laws. If we were on our way IN, this would have been a real turnoff. In cooler weather, the patio would be a very nice place to enjoy a meal al fresco. read more

Ordered a small "lil" salad and it was great. Choose your own toppings, all fresh and delicious. On the hand the custom pizza was probably one of the worst pies I've ever had. I asked for a well done pizza and got a soggy, rubbery pizza. If you want a great salad at a reasonable price, this is your place. For pizza, you're better off with a something frozen from the local gas station. read more

I love the pie but whoever the front male employee is today at this location was rude! So unlike the typical vibe the other locations have. He even tossed the pizza on the table when it was done Very very unhappy .... I will NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN ####UPDATE ....... 2-10-2016. My partner and I wanted a quick lunch today. He had told me about 1,000 Degrees, but I wanted to try something new. They are both similar concepts, but I have never tried Fired Pie so Fired Pie it was We started with one of their standard pies and added some protein. We also went with one of their salads. Both were delicious, the service was quick and staff was very friendly. Great choice for a quick lunch. read more

I love coming here and having the option to make my own pizza or choose what creations they currently have. The salads are also great they have lots of options available to add on. They service is quick and always delicious and fresh. The pizza is the perfect size for one person or if you're a light eater you would definitely be able to split one. read more

The chipotle of pizza!!! You build your own pizza, wait about 10-15 mins and your personal pizza is ready to eat. I don't know what they put in the crust but the flavor was the best I've ever tasted. I'm simple so I just get basic pepperoni and add lots of cheese and jalapeños. I ate almost the entire pizza to myself so if you are thinking about sharing I would advise to just order your own read more

People, support this place! This business is very generous. Just las week they gave free pizzas to EVERYBODY that showed up. I sadly didnt get one because the line was wrapping around the corner and i only have a 30 min lunch, but any place that gives away free pizza and lets you put as many toppings without charging more is the type of place to support. It sends out a great message. Plus, The pizzas are awesome. Today though I was in the mood for a salad. I gotta say... The toppings didnt look like much but they heated up the meat and I added some veggies... It was DELICIOUS... Truly tasty toppings. I dont eat much salads but i'm hooked. Stop by. Best pizza ever!! Perfect for my husband and I since he likes toppings that I don't care for and visa versa. One price for an 11" pizza pie. Gluten free for only $2 more. The pie is thin crusted. You chose all the toppings your heart desires. Several sauces, cheeses, meats, and veggies to choose from. The Pie is prepared right in front of you and put into a wood fired oven. Choices of fresh basil, oregano and another herb, as well, to be put in top... once the pie comes out of the oven. You can also create your own salad. Drinks: They have a selection of beers (Kilt lifter, Blue Moon, Budweiser, etc), sodas, teas (black tea, jasmine, and another tropical infusion), lemonade, and water. The Dessert cookie is a "Must try"...it is served warm with a scoop of ice cream ($3). Perfect finishing touch...smiles on all our faces. Our family enjoyed the whole experience. I've been to the chandler location several times and was never disappointed. We've only been here once. The pizza was good. But- we ordered the tomato basil pie, which is supposed to come with fresh mozzarella...and didn't. Minus one star. We also ordered a salad. It was so salty we couldn't eat it. Not sure if it was the actual salad or dressing but it tasted like half a salt shaker spilled on it. And I like salt. Minus one more star... But all in all, the pizzas tasted really good. read more

Best Pizza! Best Salads! This particular Fired Pie I can personally say is the best I've experienced which why I'm in it all the time. It starts with a friendly welcome as you approach the counter followed by a smiling happy staff anxious to fulfill your lunch or dinner time desires. I'm split between the Southwest salad and the Cauliflower crust pizza. Sometimes I choose both and have leftovers. The friendly conversation while ordering is so nice at this location which is one the thing that set it apart, always making sure everything looks to be in order on my pizza or salad.
