But today, I came up short. You see, the clog (a Hot-wheel suspended in long female human hair, and, about 30 baby wipes) was located 45 feet from my toilet. My 25 foot drill-powered drain snake couldn't reach the clog, and, "fecal material" was backing up into my shower. I didn't think the backup was that big of a deal, but my wife was dismayed about it, soooooo... So I called William Murray (or as Tallahassee from Zombieland would say "Goddamn it, Bill fuckin' Murray!!") THIS Bill Murray, however, is not an actor, he's the real thing. He's the owner/operator of Professional Plumbing and Drain, in Swanton, Ohio. Bill was very friendly and extremely professional. His fees were fair, and he left the job site cleaner than he found it. Speaking of fees: he was honest and upfront about the cost of the job; he didn't try to pull any shit (no pun intended) regarding mark ups or hidden charges. When I asked him what was his range of operations, he said "pretty much all of northwest Ohio, and then some." Bill, thanks for fitting me into your already-loaded schedule and coming out on the coldest day of the winter to get the job done. Hopefully, it will be a while before I need such services again, but when I do, you'll be the guy I call. Five stars.

Small win in court! I took JAG Plumbing to small claims after they abandoned equipment in my sewer…read moreline and refused to take responsibility. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me damages. It feels good to have some accountability -- persistence pays off! This is what happened. They did not know how to control their snake as they were helping to fix a blockage. Their snake got caught and they were unable to remove it. They did not provide any options to remedy the situation. While their business card says they have insurance, they refused to give me their insuarnce information to help remove and repair the damage. I had my lawyer send a demand letter and JAG did not respond. The Ohio Attorney General got involved and JAG refused to respond to them. My last resort is taking them to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they hide rather than try to help you.

We discovered that the water heater would need to be replaced. Bear walked me through all of the things that I would need to get at home depot in order to replace the water heater. They were able to get the job done with no trouble at all. He even hauled away an old appliance I had sitting around. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat as the price and friendliness has no competition.

I had an issue where I needed to replace my pressure relief valve on my hot water tank. My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together! Not only were they extremely friendly, their work for removing the old and installing the new was quick, clean and efficient! I was so happy with their work, I have used them since for my furnace and will only continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!
