LRG - SEASONED FRIES
Leo V.

Eaten here many times and have been a fan since they opened as I do love me some wings. We ordered out tonight for some Monday night football. The Peking and Saigon was the first time I've tried it, they are both too sweet for my taste. The wings overall were cooked well, the garlic noodles were okay. I ordered regular fries and seasoned but got both seasoned. Can't say about service nor dine in since we got the food to go, but we have eaten here more times and service and ambience resembles much of a sports bar. To me, better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Does not blow your mind, but definitely good wings. Would love a challenge wing though. Spice is life

My husband and I have ordered from here quite a few times on DoorDash and I've never really thought that much, but tonight I got five different flavors. I've never ordered so many flavors that are just rubs, I usually get maybe a maximum of three flavors and at least one or two are sauces. Tonight, I got garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub, California rub, teriyaki, and lemon pepper. The teriyaki flavor was the only one that was an actual sauce so it had a decent amount of flavor. All the other four flavors I could barely taste anything. The one major plus was that it all came steaming hot. Other than that, I was extremely underwhelmed with the flavors.

Fire wings is my go-to spot for flavorful wings. I have only been to two Fire wings location, the Center Parkway is my go to. I always order the garlic noodles, which are consistently delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of crispiness and seasoning. This time, I ordered a 6-piece combo and an 8-piece combo, totaling $33.25. For my combos, I chose garlic noodles, seasoned fries, and a drink. Everything was fresh and satisfying. I did dine-in and surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't too busy for a Friday night, which was a nice bonus. The space was clean and well-maintained, making the dining experience even better. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to.

I do not understand the hype either fire wings ! They were okay at best ! I am not sure if it's because I live in Atlanta and their wings are unmatched but I wasn't wowed with fire wings and do not have to go back. I feel like the wings were fresh and the flavor was decent but they could have been more crispy. I may give then another chance but not in a rush to.

We came in with a group of four to dine in, and the employee Seisha helped us. She didn't greet us or show any friendliness--just had a straight face the whole time. Even though she saw us sit down to eat, she still gave us everything in to-go packaging. There was no effort to give good customer service, and it felt like she didn't want to be there. Not a great experience.

My wife and I used to go and get the garlic Parmesan, and the lemon pepper wings. They were good. Plump, juicy, and cooked very well. This last time however, the wings were incredibly small, had very little meat on their bones, and were dry and hard. Not to mention the fact that our order which usually ran around $40, was now almost $60. Very disappointed. Considering going somewhere else next time we want wings.

We waited a little long for our order. My guess is because their was only one person in charge of mobile orders, in person orders, and packaging the food. This Fire wings is close to the movies so it's a great place to grab fries and wings before a movie. I recommend the 20 pack: 3 flavors, 2 sauces, with fries, and with veggie sticks. Comes out to roughly $15/person. I really like garlic parmesan, Cali run, and Thai chili.

This business has only been downhill ever since their first year open. Wing sizes and portion sizes have only gone down while prices have increased. Should prices not be increasing in order to maintain those things? However, what made me feel the need to write this review is I haven't ate from this location for a while but these two tiny sauces for twenty wings is absolutely criminal! Their salt n pepper wings also used to be my go-to, but the seasoning on them now is mediocre at best. Rather take my business to Popeyes on God!

Fire wings are fire!! They are very tasty and don't have as much grease as other wing places. The garlic noodles are great also.

Do they do catering? Can I just get a big tray of garlic noodles.

Yes you can. Just give them 72 hours notice. I’ve ordered them this way several times. Consider asking for a large side of their salt and pepper mix which also has jalapeños and onions. It’s an excellent addition to the noodles.… Read more

Are they Keto friendly?

I’d like to add on and say that most of the wings are not carb friendly because they are breaded. Your options are the dry rubbed wings such as lemon pepper and Cali rub etc. The sides all have carbs, but I’d say the veggie sticks are your best… Read more

We did the Wednesday deal and it affords you one flavor and a sauce per ten wings. We ordered the garlic parmesan with blue cheese and the peanut butter with ranch. Both wing flavors were very strong but not overpowering. We really enjoyed the fries as well. Perfectly crispy, if but a bit oily. The staff were very patient and understanding and we hemmed and hawed over our order. The food came out fairly quickly and we enjoyed it in the dining area. Oh how the greats fall…read more About 10 years ago, when Fire Wings started popping up, it was legit one of the best wing spots around. Unfortunately, its time at the top was short lived. Year after year the quality and service declined, and eventually I stopped going. I rarely order delivery, but wings sounded good and Fire Wings is the closest to me, so I gave it another shot for old times sake. I have dined in at the midtown location before and it's fine, fast casual and usually busy late night. Today, I ordered the 10 wing combo with plain fries. Hot take, but I've never liked their seasoned fries. They always feel overcooked and oily to me. I got mango habanero and lemon pepper, added five extra fire wings, and an extra ranch. The total would've been $38, but I had a $10 off coupon, so it came out to $28 before tip. Still expensive, but that's delivery pricing these days, not really the restaurant's fault. What is their fault is the size of these wings. Look at the photos, they were like toothpicks. I used to love Fire Wings because they served good quality wings with a lot meat on them. These had to have had less than an ounce of meat each. And it wasn't just a few of them, like 80% of the order was undersized. I honestly feel like they might have set aside a bunch of small wings for delivery orders, because the last time I dined in they were not this ridiculously small. The fries were whatever, basically standard frozen fries. I do remember that they used to give a ton of seasoned fries back in the day, but it looks like they also skimp on fries as well these days. The ranch was just okay, nothing special. The mango habanero was solid, one of my favorite wing flavors. Lemon pepper was just okay. And the fire flavor, which is supposed to be spicier than regular buffalo, tasted exactly like regular buffalo. This will be the last time I give Fire Wings my business. I have to accept they just aren't what they used to be. At this point I'd honestly take Wingstop over them for bigger wings and better sides. It's a shame, because the one thing Fire Wings always had going for them was their range of flavors.

My biggest blunder while ordering was not understanding the "Chicken Tender Sando Combo" item, I thought it was a combo with a sando and tenders. But instead it's a combo made of a sandwich composed of a chicken tender. It was still delicious though. We ordered a Chicken Tender Sando and some extra Tenders to share. I got the mild because at hot chicken places mild is more like an actual hot anywhere else, but it was exactly what I was craving- very good crunch, moist, and spicy. The tenders themselves were just as good, and the house sauce was super good as well, went perfectly with the spicy chicken- it was less mayoey than roosters, but not in a bad way, it may have been thicker too. Lastly the fries, they had an amazing crunch, definitely some of the best fries in the Sac area, super super crispy and seasoned super well to go with the sauce. Definitely give this place a shot if you're craving fried chicken, or even just some good fries. We will be back at some point, probably for another Sac concert.
