My new room looks wonderful now and I enjoy spending time in it. Next, I called them to remove junk that other workman had left in my side yard. It had been there long enough that vegetation had grown over it. I was concerned that someone or an animal could hurt itself by stumbling into the mess that wasn't visible. Two Clever Fellas came and dislodged the mess from the vines and leaves that was covering it and hauled the stuff away. It looks so much better now! I plan to use these guys to do more work for me in the new year. I highly recommend them!

From the beginning, Vlad and his crew were reliable, professional, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to have at my home. They arrived promptly at 8:30 every morning and worked full days, often until 5:00 or later. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and left everything exceptionally clean when the job was finished--far more than I've experienced with most contractors. One thing I especially appreciated was how involved Vlad allowed me to be throughout the entire process. At different stages of the project, he would stop and ask for my opinion or preference rather than simply making decisions for me. He listened to my feedback, offered his professional input, and made sure I was happy with the direction of the work as it progressed. They even relocated my exterior hose bib and an electrical outlet as part of the project, which saved me the headache of coordinating separate contractors to get those items taken care of. What really sets Vlad apart, though, is the unusual situation he was willing to take on. Another contractor had started my project and abandoned it less than midway through, leaving Vlad to walk into someone else's unfinished work. I had several contractors come out to quote completing it, and Vlad was the only one who was completely comfortable and confident taking over where someone else had left off. Anyone who has dealt with contractors knows how difficult it can be to find someone willing to do that. Vlad didn't hesitate--he looked at what needed to be done and was more than happy to take it on. He was also extremely transparent and fair when it came to additional job expenses. At the end of the project, he personally handed me every receipt and had me review and calculate the expenses myself. There were no surprises or questionable charges, which I really appreciated. After the experience I had before finding StoneHart, having a contractor show up when he said he would, communicate with me, respect my property, involve me in the process, and actually finish the job properly meant more than I can say. I will absolutely use Vlad and StoneHart again for future projects, both inside and outside my home. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, dependable, transparent, flexible, and easy to work with.

Requested lawncare and minor trimming of hedges. Was quoted a good price. Never received the quote…read morein writing (first red flag). Was told I would receive an email to schedule the work. That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!
