I called Appliance Wholesalers Plus and spoke with Rustyn. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed, and very kind and professional. He provided me with a few options, and we soon agreed on what was needed. Ian, the manager, also very kind and professional set up an installation the very next day. David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. I will use Appliance Wholesalers Plus in the future when in need and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. True professionals! Thank you all at Appliance Wholesalers Plus for your kindness and professional service!

He said they couldn't order the part. I found the part online, new, within minutes and it cost $3.99. The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. I don't think anyone would trust this business after what I experienced. Buyer beware.

I was very right! They were super helpful in helping me to understand what sort of handguns are on offer (for rental) and what to expect both on the range and in the shop. The range felt very safe and even as someone with little experience I felt like I could manage without having an instructor. If you're truly new to shooting sport (like if you haven't ever held a gun before, you'd probably want to start with a class since this experience was more hands off), but their staff is there to guide you through anything you could possibly need to know! PLEASE LISTEN TO MYSELF AND THE OTHER 1 STARS…read more This is not the place to buy ANYTHING online from. It's not just this location, the company as a whole is just fundamentally rotten. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A BIGGER BUSINESS THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU! They will ship your packages days AFTER the projected ARRIVAL date and take a "that's your problem" stance when you call customer service. Then your packages will get rerouted all over, which is apparently common with AL's (seriously mine was 20 minutes away from my home at one point and is now 1000+ miles away). THE POST OFFICE THEY USE TO SHIP HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE PEOPLE?! Please shop anywhere else. It's been over 6 weeks since my order and my package STILL isn't here. The new location is really nice--quite the upgrade from their previous location. In past experiences, there was superb help in selecting & trying on shoes, which is why we went there. My husband had no idea what his shoe size is. Nor did I know because he always bought his own stuff. This having to do EVERYTHING for my man is a new experience. So I was shocked & dismayed that there wasn't a shoe guy to help. WTF? No more customer service in that shop. When I asked about the shoes, the guy said, "we just got these. I don't know anything about them ". What?? They used to be able to give the stats about everything on the shelf. So, I bit the bullet & became the shoe salesman. Pisses me off. Paid almost $200 for a pair of shoes that I had to sell to my man. Not impressed. I would have gone elsewhere but I couldn't handle another episode like that. This is a nice store, but the help went south. Where is that older guy who was so knowledgeable & helpful? These guys were nice but totally stressed me out.

I was even debating on color & these guys, these most impressive experts even steered me in the right direction on that too! Since I purchased these Chaka Z1 Classics, I've taken them to 5 states, worn them in the ocean, the indoor & outdoor showers. I've pretty much only taken them off to sleep! Haha THANKS BUNCHES Jeremy, Doug, Dave, Thomas, & Ky! Chaka's for life ! Puppy Friendly! (9/6/22)

They were really helpful and it cost maybe 25 usd total to rent. Forget wearing your own water shoes, these are quality! It's really rocky at the narrows, so you want some comfy shoes with a thick support for the narrows. I'll never wear my own water shoes again but instead, borrow theirs. They also provide a walking stick with shoe rental. Part of the package. Returning was easy, just returned the following day. Usually in California, they have to check your info... you drivers license, etc but here... they said it's on an honor system and you hope that ppl return the shoes. I'm amazed by this lax policy since this would never work in California. Patrons in California would rob the business blind if they provided this similar service. Rent shoes here and not Zion adventure company. Shoes here are high quality and thick compared to the Zion adventure company. Better customer service here, too. Feel free to read my review on the other company (terrible service).
