Nate will help you pick out the perfect cigar, whether you're a first time cigar smoker or a cigar aficionado. The atmosphere is laid back and intimate. Once I paid she seemed fine, like nothing just happened that was weird at all. On my way home I realized I didn't buy the right item and my friend called asking about a refund since I was driving. The same lady who sold me the item answered the phone, explained to my friend they only did store credit, and seemed happy or even excited when my friend expressed being disappointed with her response. To me it feels like the lady who owns the place only cares about making a profit and doesn't care much about her customers since the only neutral or even positive interaction my friend and I experienced was immediately after she made the initial sale. All the glass is blown on site and easily the best shop around. I've been to fire on the mountain and this place really blows it out of the water. They also have electric cigarettes and flavored liquid for it. Greatest part of all when you walk in you feel like you are at home with Buddy and Bootsie the cats greeting you on your way in! Make sure you bring them some treats!
