I pass by this place several times a week, and never thought to stop in. I am glad I finally did…read more My first experience at this shop was great. I went in for a specific vapor pen, and the sales manager down sold me to a better model - which I very pleased with. It hits like a mac truck. Also, for $2.00 I was able to try 35 of the 75 juice flavors that they offer. By doing the "taste" test -- you also get to try different rigs and pens before purchasing. The guy working that day gave me hands down the best customer service I have received in a vape shop. Offered some great suggestions!! A huge plus is their solid selection of products. From their glass, to pipes, to pens - their price ranges start at $19 - and go all the way up to $300. I ended up paying $40 for my pen -- in other stores that same setup would have been $69.00. And I love it so far. They have a large selection! These guys are top notch. The place is clean and the salespeople are very attentive and extremely well informed. If you are just getting started, this is the place to go to get your vape on! Tons of options for rigs, juices and pens. Cool laid back environment, even the customers were friendly. There is a small area where a few people were vaping. I've only been there twice -- both times these guys have been on point. They also have another location in Saratoga - same owner and the salespeople work both places. Other smoke shops around don't have as large of a selection backed by such quality and warranty. I highly recommend stopping in.

I stopped in with a buddy, we grabbed a cigar, and a cup of coffee (which was amazing) and played some golf in the simulator located in the back. The greater upstate area is so flush with excellent, interesting breweries that a dank and…read moreuninspiring beverage center would seem somewhat unnecessary. But that would be a short-sighted take once you get a look at the incredibly diverse selection on sale here. Wisely with a strong local focus featuring a lot of options from great upstate options like Common Roots, Bolton Landing & Brown's, but really some surprises from across the northeast (e.g., Mast Landing). Diversity of regions and styles with even some imports, but the option to stock up on a case of your generic favorite rather than hit the craft beer if that's your preference. Prices seem fair--not a huge bargain but perfectly reasonable. Service could be a bit more involved or enthusiastic but if you track them down they'll begrudgingly answer a question or two if you need.

I purchased coils online for my TFV12 Prince tank back on May 3rd (today is June 22) and my package is still sitting in California with "a shipping label has been prepared" notice on it. I gave up on local vape shops because once the flavor ban went into effect, all the places I used to shop at became nothing more than glorified head shops. However, after being forced to use a burned out coil for a few days I bit the bullet and walked into 51Vape this afternoon. First I had the pleasure of being helped by Prince Harry's doppelgänger, he was not only adorable but actually nice, helpful and knowledgeable! As soon as I walked in, there was a case full of tanks just staring at me. I was shocked! Most places literally have 1 single tank in the whole store! The shop didn't have my Prince coils but I did purchase a new Freemax tank that I might actually like more than my Smok. I also wanted to add for people like me; yes I spent more than I would have if I had purchased online with 2 distinct differences. 1) The shipping charge for the coils I'm waiting for was literally $35.00!! (Yea $35.00 to wait 7 weeks and counting) which brings me the number 2) I had my stuff the second I paid. Thank you Prince Harry for all your help!! I'll definitely become a regular.
