I came here for the first time with a friend and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The service just wasn't very welcoming, and the employees seemed like they didn't really want to be there. Our table was dirty when we sat down, and the hookah itself wasn't anything special. The guy who helped us, I think his name started with "Ant" or something like that, was very stand offish and didn't seem happy to help us. I'm not expecting anything over the top, but I do expect decent customer service and a clean table. There are also couches available too to wine down and get comfy. The staff is also great for making sure that your needs are met whether it's fixing your hookah, giving you coffee/tea, and snacks. While they don't offer food, they are really lenient about you bringing in your food or ordering. Ya know bring some popcorn and call it movie night while music plays in the background or even a movie. Huge counter of things to buy. Hookah was really yummy as well. Me and my boyfriend are super picky so the fact he didn't complain means it was excellent. Vibe was really nice as well. their tea was so yummy ! Customer service was awesome. The guys were very attentive. And made sure everything was okay and always brought us coals without asking ! Not to mention, the seats were SUPER COMFY. felt like I was in a cloud. Loved the long Ikea tables had enough room for everything. Didn't get a chance to check out the other side but it looks really cute and colorful. The bathroom is really clean as well. Reason for 4 star. Only suggestion I would have. Tremendous establishment! Extremely welcoming staff, especially the gentlemen by the names of Henry and Harout. They know how to pack the hookahs extremely well to ensure the longevity and enjoyment of the session. Also, they have movie nights here where you can sit down comfortably and enjoy watching a movie while smoking your hookah. They utilize heat management devices like the "provost" to prevent overheating and underheating of the bowl. The gentlemen are pretty good at coming and providing fresh, hot charcoal every 15 minutes, which seems to be a rarity at other hookah lounges. The environment is very "homey," where everyone kind of knows each other and is extremely welcoming, which I respect and admire from the owner, Andre. I only wish they offered food in the lounge, as the owner of this establishment also owns the "Paros Family Restaurant," which is located just a minute away from Fire and serves incredibly delicious and mesmerizing cuisine. When you come here, it will be extremely hard for you to visit another hookah lounge because of the amazing hookah and the people that make this place lovely and enjoyable. read more
