Not a spot I would go back to. They definitely need some upgrades. The couches are worn out and uncomfortable and the pillows are flimsy and dirty. The hookah hose are old. This is not a place you want to go to, to turn up. It's a VERY chill environment. People there are more regulars and just go to smoke and be on their phones. Customer service is OK. We had to tend to our own hookah so if it's your first time smoking hookah I definitely would not recommend this place. The menu for flavors is ok. No food served so definitely don't come hungry and if you're thinking of having some alcoholic drinks go elsewhere because they do not have any. In all, only come here if you want to smoke and lay back on a couch. read more

This used to be my neighborhood smoke shop. I liked the old owners and as soon as I moved into the neighborhood I started building a relationship. They even gave me and my girlfriend great deals on carton and individual cigars. We though we had it made here. Then one day the smoke shop was gone and there were two young guys gutting the place. "we're building a Hookah Lounge" they said - "please stop by". It took me a good 8 months before I actually did. And I was very pleased. The Lounge itself is a rather small long rectangle - nicely decorated and always smelling good. But the best thing about it is that the nearby Hyat restaurant seems to have a deal with the lounge - so you can have your dinner from Hyat in the lounge, or better yet - the lounge will deliver a Hookah to you in the patio of the restaurant. I don't know the owners of the two places are related - but for North Hollywood - which is a very non-smoking area - - I love that I can eat well and smoke well in the same little neighborhood shopping compound. read more

Heard this place was recently re-owned and under new management by some of my old friends, Pat and Rod, they definitely hooked it up! This place is located in a plaza, with a billboard that just says Hookah Lounge so might be easy to miss by first timers in the area. Parking is in the plaza, sometimes it might be full, but when we arrived, there were many spots in the front. Just make sure not to park in 30 minute marks, because there's a few of those! Walking in, I wasn't sure what to expect. There's black curtains covering the door, which makes it seem a little bit sketchy, but its super intimate! Its both indoors, and outdoors they also have a couple tables. There is no hostess, so just take a seat wherever you'd like and you will be approached by a worker or owner. Comfortable couches, that are great for group seating! The whole vibe of the place is very club like with the black and red, and chandelier like lighting. I love love love the music! For once a hookah lounge is playing loud enough music, with all good vibes. The best part about the lounge is the air ventilation! I can't do indoor hookah lounges, but this one was really comfortable, even though we were indoors, it felt like we were outside. There was constant air flow. Facilities are clean, hookah hits really good! Big ups to you guys! My hookah lasted for 3 hours with 3 rounds of charcoal and I didn't even need to get a refill. It never burned or went bad either. Btw: There is no food here, but there is a FatBurger in the plaza and is open late! You are allowed to get food from outside and bring it in and eat it at the lounge. There is also a Chinese place across the street. That's a big plus! - Overall great place and I'm sure it'll grow into something greater! read more

Fast & friendly service! They actually shook my hand when as I was seated. Simple menu .. I asked them if I could get white gummy and lemon mint - done. The hookah came out fast and they came and double checked if I liked the flavor - which I did. I would definitely come back again if I was in the area. The hookah lounge is cozy with comfy couches and casual attire will definitely work here. I was feeling really tired from my day at universal and was actually second guessing if I should even go out but I'm glad I did! This was nice and relaxing and very much needed !! read more

I really like this hookah spot. It's small and quite intimate, and the hookah lasts for a long time. Great flavor and the couches are comfy! They don't serve full on meals, but I appreciate the simplicity of just teas and drinks (non-alcoholic). Also, the music isn't too loud so you can def talk to each other.... A surprisingly great experience. Lately I have grown weary of trusting highly rated places with few reviews. This place is a tiny little hole in the wall that doesn't offer much in terms of ambiance and/or comfort but the friendly staff, the cheap prices, and the comfort of being able to bring your own food makes up for all the negatives. The layout is 3 L-shaped couches that could potentially seat 6 each and 2 little-l-shaped?... 2 couches that sit 2-3 comfortably. Like I said, nothing fancy! They have tea, coffee, sodas, and bottled waters - the basics that any place with a fridge could offer. As far as hookah, the selections gets a little more intense: they're one of the few places that offer Tangiers ($19.99) and their Starbuzz is only $12.99 + $4.99 if you want it in an apple (which I recommend - it'll make the flavor last longer and be more mellow) Went on a Saturday night and it didn't get busy until about 10pm... so if you want a table, get there before 10. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Hookah was alright. There is only one guy who does everything. Service was great. The guy wipes the table. Everything is clean. The guy brings out coal every now and then. Walk in and sit anywhere. Decide your flavor. Wait for the guy to come. They have drinks. But it doesn't show on the menu. Discount on Monday to Thursday or Friday regular hookah is 18$. And tangerine is 20$. read more

This is like my second home. I'm here 3-4x a week. I love the owner. He's so awesome. This place lets you play whatever music you want. The hookah is always great quality. They come by all the time to give you new coals. Best part is it's BYOB. It's always clean in here and although most days are a chill vibe, it can get lit real quick. Great lounge. I've never had a bad pack from here, and their prices are literally cheaper than all the other lounges especially the ones that charge 3-4 dollars for a bottle of water. Michael was very gracious and patient in answering questions and listens to customer feedback (ie. Possibly incorporating ice tips). There's a one drink minimum which is always good to know upfront. Noho hookah lounge (cloud9) is an awesome place! It's nice and cozy and they have a really nice setup. The place has this classy feel that I noticed as soon as I walked in. The hookah is properly packed and it lasts a long time. The hallway to the bathroom is incredible. It has this huge Galaxy mural along with Marilyn Monroe and Kid Kudi! Super dope. This is a cool spot, small but it's pretty intimate. The hookah we got lasted forever. Parking is ok, if the lot is full (which it was when I came), there's street parking on the block over. I waited a bit before anyone acknowledged me, but after someone did, service was OK. Hookah took quite some time, but I was having great conversation so it didn't matter THAT time. For starters, this is a great lounge. They have great selection of flavors. The place is very clean and they play great music. I love coming here! I love the atmosphere but mostly I love the service. The workers are very attentive. The owner Art is so friendly & he is there all the time. What I appreciate about him is that he makes a point to stop at each table and talk to the guests. I came across the great reviews of this place so I decided to check it out. I've never tried hookah before, but the staff members were so accommodating! From helping me figure out which flavors to use, adjusting the strength of the tobacco, to checking up on me and their other customers. In addition to excellent customer service, the vibe is great; the decor is modern with comfy couches, dim lighting, and the music really sets the mood.
