I feel so bad in forgetting to post the excellent work that Lap Lee did in redoing master bath. They returned small shower into a nice closet with shelves. They tore out a non functional garden tub and put in a large walk-in shower with plenty of accessible handles. Replaced sink, vanity, toilet, and flooring! They did a great job. I was so impressed with them that they will be doing my guest bathroom next week. Their work was great and their estimator was fantastic and responded promptly to my inquiry.

Serenity homes also had something else that the others didn't, they are a manufactured home dealer as well as a general contractor. This makes everything much easier when customizing and more importantly the cost, especially when dealing with one contractor instead of multiple. We saved over 30k going with Serenity Homes. Every other dealer up charged for the concrete foundation, whereas it is standard for Serenity homes to include the concrete foundation. Their guys are very professional and went the extra mile with everything. I originally called him out for leveling, not only had my house leveled I also had them put earthquake bracing after the leveling job. Fred is kind, accommodating and very easy to work with. They custom made brackets for the bracing The two brothers Daniel & Ernesto are irreplaceable. They were polite, also very accommodating and super hard workers. They actually finished ahead of time and I had planned to have homemade baked goods in a basket for them on their last day. They are a great team who has been working for Pacific Bracing for 25 years. I can't say enough good words for Pacific Bracing. I highly recommend this company thank you Fred, Ernie and Daniel.

Raccoons had got under my home and had babies. They demolished the barrier and insulation and it was filled with pee and feces. Dead rats too. I called Andy and he took care of my problem. Huge problem actually, as you can not touch, remove, trap and relocate Raccoons in Liberal Sonoma County. I had to Iive with the stink, bacteria and filth right under my carpet for a month before the mess could be cleaned as the Raccoons refused to leave. And I'm a cancer patient. Foul! Finally sections from my double wide home were removed and the Raccoons finally left! Great idea guys! People are greater than animals! And I'm an animal lover! Ridicules law! Then I found Andy with Ap4 Builder. He not only made the time on his lunch hour to take care of covering the skylight but he charged half of what I had been quoted by another individual. Andy is the nicest guy and is now my go to guy for my repair needs.

Details: He was great leveling my house - 5 stars, but painting my porch... let's just say his attention to detail is lacking. What he did do was done well 4 stars. What he missed was just silly and annoying ( spray painting the top of my security gate and the bottom of one of my porch rails (see photos). PLUS, You have to stay on top of him. He's a really nice guy; just not a good business man. He has no ability to use his texts and voicemail effectively. You have to call and catch him live. However, if it's summer and he's busy he will probably forget to call you back. He can't even swipe your credit/debit card; he has to enter it manually and you don't get a receipt. That alone must cost him a fortune in merchant service charges. I probably will only use him again for leveling and washing my manufactured home. For painting I will have to go with someone else.
