The Board of Directors has successfully lowered the trash bill, added amenities and constantly works for the advocacy of the residents. The managers do their best with limited resources and the owner is often unavailable and unwilling to invest more int he park. Deferred maintenance has been an issue but the BOD ordered a HCD inspection and many of these issues are finally being addressed.

I have three gardens that many people enjoy. I absolutely love the people that I have met here! So many people with different backgrounds and different lives from my own. So different from living in a suburb where fewer people are out and about, friendly and feeling secure in this community. Management are great and very caring and responsive. The gardeners work very hard and they keep the grounds and gardens thriving. Residents can live a very solo life or be involved in the social gatherings on Holidays. The walkways and trails allow residents who enjoy walking to get out and about in the glorious California weather we all enjoy. 5 stars from me! Francesca A.

Trails throughout the park for walking that also connect over to Temelec pathways. The bus stop is located right outside the main entrance. (There's another stop by the second entrance, but no bus stops there.) They have community garage sales & occasional parties in the clubhouse. The pools nice but beware of a crazy lady who pops out of nowhere & likes to act like the manager. There are certain times dedicated to family/ kid swimming. This lady has shown up on multiple occasions telling me and others we have to leave the pool or she'll report us. She took pictures of my family as well to "tell on." Even though we sign in & go during the designated family time. It's hard to enjoy the pool when this nagging, irksome bat pops up and hovers around, spreading negativity.

A variety of seating is available, around a big table, smaller tables, couches, etc. Good lighting, good placement of power outlets, and I never had any issues with the WiFi, which was easy to get onto. Parking around the area has to be paid for, but it's not expensive, and there seems to be a lot of parking lots and street parking nearby. The space manager/receptionist was very attentive and articulate, handled stuff efficiently without fuss. I was there on a partial holiday day so the people were sparse; not sure what the usual vibe is like. Bathrooms: 1 mens and 1 women's and then a single-occupancy all-gender one. He handled the permit process with Sonoma County, which was more challenging than any of us thought it would be. Otis is so patient, and he explains things so thoroughly, and he's easy to understand. He has worked with us on every detail of our home with the utmost of professionalism. Whenever we call him, he is very quick to respond to us. That is a big plus!! Otis recommended a couple contractors to install our house. We selected one that we feel very comfortable with, Luis Carrillo who owns Global Impact Construction, Inc. In fact, our foundation was just finished this week. Bottom line is this: Hybrid Prefab Homes is the best! I'll attach photos once our ADU is delivered and installed. Ellie & Don Mitchell

This was my first home purchase and Otis helped me through the process, explaining things I did not understand and went above and beyond in making sure all details were addressed. The home had been staged before I bought it. Though holes were patched and painted, the paint used did not quite match. Otis arranged to have the interior repainted right away at their cost during Thanksgiving week, as I was already scheduled to move in shortly after. His attention to detail and follow up is something I appreciate. The home itself is a Silvercrest home and higher quality than others available out there. I highly recommend this company!

There was holes in the walls from pictures from last tenant. And the sliding doors in bedrooms have never worked. The kitchen sink doesnt have enough water coming out to wash dishes it takes forever and the sprayer doesnt work properly. We went from paying 1560.00 a month to 1890.00 a month for if you ask me a shithole and the funny part is nobody has every got there deposit back because they keep the money and say the house wasn't clean. So I dont expect to get my 1500.00 back. So I'm reporting the one lady who is on social security to the government for fraud and I hope shes happy paying the money back to the government haha. So if your smart be careful because they own two of them on mcdowell if there names are Patti or Pam run dont rent from them. Nobody in the park likes them because they treat you like shit.
