I ordered 4 water heaters on 5/29/25 to be delivered 6/04 or 6/05. I don't have them yet, and shipping can't tell me when they will be delivered. I am without hot water, and can't schedule a plumber because he will want to be paid for waiting. POOR DELIVERY. VERY UPSET PRO CUSTOMER.

However, we were in need of a new washer and dryer. I was in the store and they have an amazing sales associate in the appliances section. I ended up buying a Washer/Dryer from her as she was such a bright ray for this dark store. I thought it was worthy to give them one last chance. Things were going good. She placed my order and it was delivered the day after it arrived at the store. It was actually delivered very quickly which was a surprise. I was told they would be out to install the unit the next day. When the guys arrived to install the unit they stated that they don't install the units they only get them to the door. We were talking and I told them I was told they would install the unit. They helped me get it set up to the point where I could get it installed from there. I started a load of clothing in the washer that went off without a problem. Then we started drying them. They dryer was malfunctioning and would not dry the clothes. I attempted to run it on different cycles but it was not heating. I called the store to which I was told that I would have to bring the unit in that same night if I wanted my money back. They had offered a 48 hour money guarantee but that starts at the time the unit arrives in their store per the home depot staff. I requested to speak to a manager and got "Josh" he is a real peach. He basically told me there was nothing he could do and said he was not going to call his manager because she was not at work. Something about the word manager means to me that you are on call to field problems but I guess that is not the case there. I had no option but to load the unit up and take it back to them that same day that it was delivered. Half way to the store the manager did call me and said that she had a solution. I said well I am already on the way so that is not going to be a solution for me. Long story short this place is shady. Thank goodness I did a load of clothes and realized that it was not working. Thank goodness I did not wait till the next morning to call them. The sales associate in appliances needs a raise. She is the only positive in this horrible store. I will never buy an appliance here again.

Rude, offputting people. I've never once felt welcomed in this store.. I find it interesting that…read morethey blame their failures on the people of this town, when in fact, the Failure is all their own. The son is rude and arrogant, the father is confrontational and unprofessional, and the mother is quite obviously fed up with the two of them. I don't even know you guys, and within the first two minutes of being in your presence I could tell there was a complete disconnect between your family. People aren't stupid! They can feel and sense those things, and your professionalism and service are rubbed offbecause of it.. The issue was not a lack of business in town, or a need for the products you sold, and while I wish you the best, you cannot move away from your own personalities and behaviors towards people who do in fact purchase things from your store. Dig in to the issues that make you all so unpleasant and then you'll find peace and success. And while reading this, and for the rest of the day, I hope you feel the same crappy feeling that I felt as a customer in your store, time and time again. Thanks for leaving.

Had an extended warranty and they were supposed to service it in 6 months after purchase. Store manager was extremely rude and they never did come out and check it. I have purchased many appliances through the Sterling store and was never treated the way the last management treated us. Swore it would be the last thing I ever purchased there. I have to give it a one rating because 0 is not a choice.
