You advertize "The Home Depot Delivers When, Where and How You Want It" That does not match what your delivery service provides. I ordered 4 water heaters on 5/29/25 to be delivered 6/04 or 6/05. I don't have them yet, and shipping can't tell me when they will be delivered. I am without hot water, and can't schedule a plumber because he will want to be paid for waiting. POOR DELIVERY. First let me start out by saying after my experience with Home Depot in Sterling about 6 years ago I said I would never buy any appliance from them again. However, we were in need of a new washer and dryer. I was in the store and they have an amazing sales associate in the appliances section. I ended up buying a Washer/Dryer from her as she was such a bright ray for this dark store. I thought it was worthy to give them one last chance. Things were going good. She placed my order and it was delivered the day after it arrived at the store. It was actually delivered very quickly which was a surprise. I was told they would be out to install the unit the next day. When the guys arrived to install the unit they stated that they don't install the units they only get them to the door. We were talking and I told them I was told they would install the unit. They helped me get it set up to the point where I could get it installed from there. I started a load of clothing in the washer that went off without a problem. Then we started drying them. They dryer was malfunctioning and would not dry the clothes. I attempted to run it on different cycles but it was not heating. I called the store to which I was told that I would have to bring the unit in that same night if I wanted my money back. They had offered a 48 hour money guarantee but that starts at the time the unit arrives in their store per the home depot staff. I requested to speak to a manager and got "Josh" he is a real peach. He basically told me there was nothing he could do and said he was not going to call his manager because she was not at work. Something about the word manager means to me that you are on call to field problems but I guess that is not the case there. I had no option but to load the unit up and take it back to them that same day that it was delivered. Half way to the store the manager did call me and said that she had a solution. I said well I am already on the way so that is not going to be a solution for me. Long story short this place is shady. Thank goodness I did a load of clothes and realized that it was not working. Thank goodness I did not wait till the next morning to call them. The sales associate in appliances needs a raise. She is the only positive in this horrible store. I will never buy an appliance here again. read more

This is the worst Home Depot ever! Because this is a smaller community and now with virtually no other home improvement stores in the local area, the store has a monopoly and provides terrible customer service. Needless to say, after doing 3 large home improvement purchases over the last few years and seeing their customer service get worse and worse, we will now no longer be doing business with this Home Depot or any other one from now on. We went in looking for a new washer. we asked for help in the department, and were helped by a wonderfully nice employee who asked for help in the department as she wasnt sure how to help us. The woman who came to help us was overly pushy and rude! She said she didnt know much about any of the appliances as she worked in kitchen design and gave nothing but attitude to us. We were not pleased one bit and left to purchase our big ticket appliances at sears instead. read more

We had a delivery of a Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer, Microwave and Dishwasher. The two delivery guys Shane and David did such an excellent job and their customer services skills were above and beyond. They told me they are from Phoenix and they came out here to help out with Home Depot. They were extremely polite and helped me out so much. I wish that the store would have told me what I needed to install my appliances, but they didn't. Shane and David told me how I could hook everything up and the were very professional about it. They walked me through the steps that I would need to do to make sure everything is running properly. Kiddos to those guys! read more

Only trouble... I had 3 installs by Home Depot and none of them worked as the they should. But what I've experienced yesterday was the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced. A few months ago, a young millworks-associate ordered 4 doors for my install wrong, even though he had all the correct measures from their measure service. So after long waiting and then having the wrong door size, I've cancelled the install. Instead i've found a great contractor who was going to exchange my doors and to do so I just needed a new design made, so he can look over it and give me ok to order them. I was 3days ago in the store and had a associate trying to help me, but for some reason we couldn't get this custom door ordered, not in steel nor in fiberglass. So I've told him, I would come back with the old design that we had and see if we could make it work with that design. While this associate was helping me, the actual millworks associate (mr wise-guy) who had ordered the doors prior, was walking around and was listening to our conversation, but not talk to me. So yesterday I walked to the store again with my old design, to create a new design with the accurate measures. The associate who had ordered my doors wrong ignored me and instead he walked off to the assistant store manager L. Roth. I don't know exactly what he told him, but when I found again a associate to help me, he gets a phone call from the assistant manager about not being able to help me. THIS associate then even told me, he would not create a doors design for me. And let me tell you, I never experienced this kind of bs in my life. I was then talking to this assistant store manager and he said, they kinda put it out of conduct and he was ring to call the associate to tell him, he should create that stupid design for me. So I've walked again to the millworks department, while I was waiting to get helped, mr wise-guy again, who made some story up went to the associate who was suppose to help me and told him something, and they both ignored me. I left then the store and called the district manager and told him what was going on. I guess they didn't want to sell any doors in this store, why then even offering?! The assistant store manager calls then me, asking to come back and I would be taking care of. He did not apologize, but he found excuses of the behavior and offered 25% off of my doors, if I order the doors there. I guess that was his way to say "I am sorry for my associate being a idiot", i guess. But let me tell you. This store went down hill. It changed so much in the last few years and I am not talking to the best. I haven't seen such poor customer service in forever. read more
