Not really best experience. Our washer went down on a Tuesday morning. We called this company shortly after asking to have someone come check out our washer as soon as possible. We were told someone would be by our house late afternoon Tuesday to check our washer. No one showed up or called. Wednesday we called multiple times to see what was going on with no avail. Thursday we called a different company and had them come out. Thursday, late evening, this company called us back. Not very pleased!! took 2 days just for a phone call back to see if we had someone else check it for us. read more
