It was the first shop I visited that day (and my last), I had thought I was going to have to go to multiple shops. I can't say enough about how Angela and her team were so welcoming, friendly, and detailed about the whole process of inspecting my Lexus, providing a quote, explaining each job the team would do, and the pricing was reasonable. They even got me a car rental with Enterprise at a discounted rate, who picked me up and took me to the rental place. It was a quick turnaround of few days to remove my old worn bumper, replace it with a new painted one, they even buffed my headlights, removed old worn yellow door protectors, and added touch up paint where chips were (all free of charge!). I did see a few minor things that still needed to be taken care of, I showed up the next Friday, they took care of it in under 2 hours, they even removed some old worn plastic film protectors from my rear doors as well free of charge. I can't say enough about G&D it was such an awesome hassle free experience, and the pricing was very reasonable!

1 Star -- Very Disappointed…read more I recently picked up my vehicle from this body shop, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. After getting home and inspecting my vehicle, I noticed that screws or clips appeared to be missing around my rear tire, the black trim was not properly aligned, and there were visible gaps between the panels. I trusted this shop to repair my vehicle correctly, not return it with what appears to be unfinished work. These are things that should have been checked before handing the vehicle back to a customer. I have pictures showing the condition of my vehicle after the repairs. I expected better workmanship, attention to detail, and quality control. Very disappointing experience.
