Shopping for clothes can be frustrating. Trying on different sized jeans that fit your curves or…read morenon-curves can be depressing. Trying on shirts and dresses, the same...unless you're at Maurices. The employees at Maurices go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, pretty, and confident. They offer their honest and helpful opinions, and even gather different outfit ideas, if you ask! Need a different size? They'll grab it for you and then suggest something else long the way, giving you your own dressing room. You can even take a twirl in their three mirrored area. Employees can make a huge difference in your clothing shopping experience. They are seriously terrific. Now, the clothes...from store-named jeans to Silver or Viggos jeans, casual tees to dressier work attire, active wear to cool shoes and accessories...they have almost all of it. I can always, always, always find something I LOVE say Maurices.

I am not really a big flip flop person. I grew up when they were just for the beach. I think of…read morethem like ramen - something that was a super cheap and poorly made and that is now premium/fancy expensive and trendy. That said - I am no longer in the market for cheap, plastic footwear (that I mostly use when gardening). i have tried buying nicer flip flops at places like Walmart and then working my way up to nice shoe stores. I haven't liked what I have seen. Until I came to this Flip Flop shop! Here they sell a wide variety of styles. There are very cute, impractical (to me) versions. And there are more practical and sturdy versions. The owner of the shop is extremely helpful. I have now bought several kinds of flip flops. Right now, I have a really wonderful and comfortable pair that I wear in the garden. They rinse off well and give me support in the garden. The best part is that they don't almost trip me (the way cheap ones do). I am now looking at "cute" ones to wear with jeans. This shop has really turned me into a flip flop lover!

Kok Bou.. Is the biggest POS ive had to deal with in communication for needing to get some gear…read moreserviced. The level of care and want to deal with a customer seems non existent. I expect far better professionalism from someone working with a company than rude one sentence replies with snarky remarks in what feels like, "you're stupid I'm better than you, why are you talking to me", for no reason.. for a customer looking to spend several thousands of dollars to have wiggy products serviced. I will never buy or have any products serviced with this company again just from that. i do not care... Respect and professionalism goes a long way for me and He or she does not have that.

I inquired if there exists any sizing information published on the web site so that I could have some frame of reference. I explained I was unable to locate any pertinent information on the website. He replied by requesting my height and weight. This is not compartmented classified information but it is not an answer to my question. I asked if he published or could provide that information and his response was that whatever garment I choose, the size will not vary. I find his responses to be evasive and not particularly helpful. I am thus far unimpressed with his customer service. I reserve judgement on his product until I actually handle one but unless it is exceptional I don't think I will be doing much more business with Wiggy's or Wiggy. *UPDATED/AMENDED REVIEW* After consideration, I conclude I have lost faith in the company and its president. I have cancelled my order. I offer no comment as to the quality of their product/products as I have no first hand knowledge of their quality. I made my decision based solely on the unfortunate interaction I had via email with Wiggy. I was unsatisfied with his responses and concluded I have no wish to conduct business with him. I am awaiting response to my cancellation request and a refund.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Vicki at Canyon Creek…read more As a first time, online customer, I ordered a pair of Lane boots from Vicki. By pure fluke, I received not a standard pair, but a pair of custom boots that Lane made for another customer. When I asked Vicki about the proportions of the boots, she jumped into action immediately. She contacted Lane and in no time, had my return processed with all postage paid, a new pair of boots ordered for me, and a personal apology and explanation of why my order was incorrect that came directly from Lane Boots. Of course, Vicki apologized profusely as well (although she had nothing to do with the mix up). Through it all, Vicki was upbeat, positive and nothing short of amazing. Rarely does anyone, anywhere offer such incredible service. I'll be certain to order from Canyon Creek in the future. They have absolutely incredible merchandise ranging from boots to custom saddles. And as I said, their service just might be the finest I've ever experienced anywhere.
