Presentation matters. This is the way my order looked when it was handed to me by Destiny at the drive-thru. It didn't slide around in the vehicle on the way home--it was given to me like this. Today is Mothers Day. In my family, we each decided to get what we wanted for lunch individually instead of going out to eat together this year and I had my heart set on a mushroom swiss burger and tots from Finish Line. Their employee, Destiny and her bff EJ, are "Mean girls," and have already bullied me out of a local recovery meeting I used to attend regularly and benefit from. Their stupid vendetta of sorts has come to this, one of them making an epic mess of my order. When handing me my order Destiny said "you said you wanted chocolate so that's what you got...hope that's alright." I know it was an intentional over-syruping meant to ruin my Mother's Day, my clothes and my upholstery. You didn't. But I'm telling on you. Finish Line Diner has the best hamburger in town. That hasn't changed. But I don't appreciate the sloppy, careless way my food was handled and presented to me. I will order from them again...I do love a good burger. My husband had fish and chips. He said the fish tasted really fresh and the breading (cornmeal) was so light the flavor of the fish really shined through. I had the wings and a side salad. The salad was huge and everything was very fresh. My only complaint would be that it was all iceberg lettuce. I prefer a mix. The wings were perfectly cooked. I requested and received two different sauces. The mango habanero was amazing. The garlic Parmesan was very good but couldn't compete with the mango. The service was prompt. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The cook came to make sure our meals were satisfactory and we were happy with them Overall a great experience and we will return. read more

We so wanted to love this place! Unfortunately we won't be back. Some of our food we couldn't even eat. How do you mess up fries and onion rings? Burgers were sad and with one soda over 33.00 for our to go order. We never mind paying for good food! We really hope it improves read more

this restaurant has very nice staff our waitress Kami was very sweet. unfortunately, the food left a tremendous amount to be desired right away. You could see on the buffet bar. It was leftover baked potatoes. They chopped up and served for the potatoes on the bar. I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt so I'm one of those strange people that had to smell it and in fact it smelled like a old baked potato. I thought OK well, let's try it. Let's see if it actually taste good was it was pretty awful. I won't eat an old baked potato out of my refrigerator and certainly don't want to pay for it on a breakfast. scrambled eggs on the breakfast bar tasted as though they had no milk, salt or pepper. Anybody can throw eggs into a pan and scramble but most people want there to be flavor fresh fluffy, scrambled eggs but that is not what you taste. They were pretty bad.. The fried baloney was a tad overdone, but they were OK. The sausage was really delicious and amazing. My Husband and I really did love the sausage. The coffee was really good and I'm really glad they finally went to regular half-and-half or certainly liquid creamer versus the old small dry containers they had of creamer. It was pretty bad three years ago when I rated this restaurant, the biscuits and gravy were absolutely delicious. We really loved the biscuits and gravy, and the bacon was a bit gross. Our waitress gave phenomenal service in one question that every customer would like to be asked" how was everything?" I really hate answering this question because I'm going to tell you truthfully what it's like I had hoped for very fine dining experience and what appeared to be a fantastic breakfast restaurant however I would not recommend this restaurant as a place to have breakfast, our waitress offered us a free mail and I was honest and let her know that I wasn't in there to get anything free but to see if this was a restaurant we would want to eat at and it was really Bad, I hated to have to have negative to the food however, in all honesty, people need to know the quality of food that they would be eating there. Dirty inside. The hush puppies were so burned they were inedible. Our server was nice, but her apron was filthy and it grossed me out.

Was in the place for approximately 40 minutes at the table and our food never arrived. Might be good, I'll never know because I had to leave without eating. Approximately 10 minutes to take our order and 30 minutes of waiting. Place was pretty dirty, many tables were not cleaned after other parties were served and left. Smoke detector needed batteries, would beep every few minutes. read more
